Greetings Pawsome folks, I have cared for an abundance of animal companions since I was 10 years old (bringing extensive experience beyond Dog and Cat care into rabbits, rats, amphibians, fish, and birds)! This background has honed my adaptable skillset for behavioural training and supporting anxious/reactive animals to find comfort in transition. With a deeply rooted passion for rescued and senior dogs & cats, I am proud to provide specialised care for animals with unique needs to ensure that they receive all the loving attention, nourishment, and engagement to thrive away from home. I will prioritize the well-being of your furry (or feathered) companions with patience, responsiveness, and enthusiasm!

I am your pet’s home away from home! My goal is to ensure that your beloved companion feels safe, nurtured, and joyful by following established feeding + exercise routines. As a natural collaborator, I am also happy to co-design a routine that best fits your current situation. My focus is to create a warm and welcoming environment to ensure that your furry friends will receive extraordinary care! I'm always available to discuss any special accommodations, either in-person or via phone call, to guarantee a great experience for everyone.

Imara-rose takes great care in her relationships with the dog and the guardian. She is very thorough in learning about the dog and his/her needs and behaviors and she is conscientious in providing care and communicating while I traveled.
Imara has been amazing with my animals! Her extensive expertise shines through her care. Imara is very attentive and always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy. I completely trust her with daily walks, boarding and house-sitting; knowing my little ones are in such capable hands gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Imara's services!
I am always at peace when I know Imara is taking care of my cats! I really felt like I can trust her to care for them just as I would, and I don’t trust a lot of people to take care of my kitties. She is truly in tune with animals and was very communicative about how my pets were doing. She is the first person I ask to watch the cats whenever I’m out of town.

Schedule
I have cultivated a hybrid schedule which allows me to be more present for your furry (or feathered) companion and offer individualised animal care tailored to each families' specific preferences. My adventurous spirit flourishes most when I am exploring new parks, trails, and riverside pathways to match the needs of even the most energetic pet. If your animal prefers a more easygoing approach, I am equally as devoted to snuggling, slow walks, interactive games and indoor playtime.

- I am open to hosting and caring for all breeds. Essential Q's to get the ball rolling: • Specific Feeding Schedule • Do they need special accommodations? (Anxiety, Medications, Behavioural Concerns, Social, Triggers) • Are they gifted at running away (Off-Leash Training)? • Indoor Marking / How do they act in a new space? More detailed information, such as Vet Info, will be gathered during the meet and greet so that we are prepared to respond effectively to any scenario that may arise.
