Ellie was the absolute best. She was so incredibly patient and extra loving with our anxious pup. Also, she went above and beyond when she found a couple of fleas on her--- she took action and communicated with us the whole time about the game plan. We were so, so appreciative. She also sent pictures and updates, which made us feel at ease. Ellie is a true gem and clearly has a genuine love for dogs :)
Caroline is the best! Her intake meet and greet was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable in her attention to details about my pups, preferences routine and needs. Not to mention, he absolutely adores her! The pics were flowing the whole time and when I ran into some travel delays on the way home she was able to keep him an extra night and give me peace of mind that my little baby was happy, healthy, and in good hands. I will definitely be rebooking!!
Aoife had a great time staying with Rachel and Matthew. They were prompt with the communication providing pupdates over the weekend. They took a great care of our doggy, and all of her belongings also came back in excellent shape (which is not always the case with boarding). Etta is an exceptional person with pets . Zoe, our previous pup, had the privilege of spending many occasions with Etta. Currently, we have Coco, and Coco spent the last 21 days with Etta. Coco is deeply fond of her. The photographs and information provided during Coco and Zoe’s stay are invaluable. Etta consistently shared daily pictures and updates about Coco. I have been thoroughly at ease entrusting Coco to Etta’s care.💕
Blair was amazing! This was my first time booking a sitter in New Orleans and she was able to take me last minute. I felt very comfortable and she sent me updates and I could see Sno had a great time with her and was well taken care of. Will be using her in the future for all my future sitter needs. 😃
Spencer was absolutely amazing!! This was the 1st time leaving my dog for an extended time and I was nervous - he made me feel very safe and sent lots of photos/updates. Bertha came back soo happy also! Previously she may have been anxious but I could tell she had a great time and got lots of loving. It was also her birthday while I was gone and Spencer put a candle on a doggie cake and sent the cutest pic! Thankful for the experience and I will def be using Spencer moving forward. I highly recommend!
