She wanted to do a meet and greet before which I really appreciated. She always responded right away to any messages I sent, and she kept in touch daily sending pictures of Flynn! He was the only dog she had at the time which was perfect. I would love to be able to have Flynn stay with her again and would absolutely recommend her care to anyone with a special needs dog! My wife and I took a last minute trip to New Orleans over the weekend while traveling with our corgi. We hadn't planned for boarding but reached out to Michael with a late request. Michael agreed and was great communicating his availablity and options for caring for Kosmo. Michael was very welcoming and took great care of Kosmo. Michael was very communicative during Kosmo's visit and sent pics during his stay. Many thanks as this allowed us flexibility to explore the city!
Rachel and Matt were fantastic. Our dog is a challenge because he is at risk of seizures, which require regular medication. That would be enough, but he is also a very bossy, reactive herding dog. None of that was a problem for Rachel and Matt, who took it all in stride. They kept us informed and took good care of our pup. They were wonderful.
I can't say enough good things about Blair. You can tell she has a real love abd passion for your fur baby while in her care. I've never trusted anyone with my Sandi besides my late mother. But shetruly put me at ease, allowing me to turn Already booked my second sitting with her 🔥🙏🏽

My dogs had a great stay and were well cared for while I was away. Communication was easy, and I appreciated receiving updates and photos throughout their visit. It's clear that she genuinely enjoys animals and works to make them feel comfortable in her home. I felt at ease knowing my pups were being cared for, and I would be happy to book with her again in the future.
Ellie was the absolute best. She was so incredibly patient and extra loving with our anxious pup. Also, she went above and beyond when she found a couple of fleas on her--- she took action and communicated with us the whole time about the game plan. We were so, so appreciative. She also sent pictures and updates, which made us feel at ease. Ellie is a true gem and clearly has a genuine love for dogs :)
Caroline is the best! Her intake meet and greet was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable in her attention to details about my pups, preferences routine and needs. Not to mention, he absolutely adores her! The pics were flowing the whole time and when I ran into some travel delays on the way home she was able to keep him an extra night and give me peace of mind that my little baby was happy, healthy, and in good hands. I will definitely be rebooking!!
Regina is a true dog lover. She treated and cared for our girl as if she were her own. She took excellent care of our dog and was accommodating of her quirks and routine. She was very communicative with updates and photos, and made sure to ask any questions that came up.
Spencer was absolutely amazing!! This was the 1st time leaving my dog for an extended time and I was nervous - he made me feel very safe and sent lots of photos/updates. Bertha came back soo happy also! Previously she may have been anxious but I could tell she had a great time and got lots of loving. It was also her birthday while I was gone and Spencer put a candle on a doggie cake and sent the cutest pic! Thankful for the experience and I will def be using Spencer moving forward. I highly recommend!
