“Rachel and Michael were wonderful! They took care of Missy over the holidays and clearly gave her a lot of love! They send sweet pictures and or videos daily. They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. Overall, I felt relaxed and reassured in my travels knowing Missy was being cared for by Rachel and Michael!”

“Mike was great with our Chase. He always kept us updated on Chase and sent photos very frequently. We could tell Chase loved being with Mike and his dog Britain. And a plus is that Mike lives only a block away from us. We were hesitant at first because of our own anxiety and it being our first time using the app but Mike was able to meet with us before Chase's stay and reassured us that Chase was in good hands. I was skeptical about leaving Sif with anyone. She’s a puppy and has only been around myself, my husband or family. Ms. Etta made me feel comfortable enough to “loosen the leash” and after meeting her I felt that Sif would be ok. Long story short, she absolutely was! Ms. Etta sent a few pictures and a lot of messages, which I was happy for. She also even did some artwork with Sid and now I have a wonderful little painting from her. Ms. Etta is really clever with activities and she’s also compassionate. She does not allow the dogs to mix and mingle if they seem skiddish, which Sif generally is. I really do appreciate Ms. Etta for keeping our girl and will most certainly be booking her again.
Ellie was the absolute best. She was so incredibly patient and extra loving with our anxious pup. Also, she went above and beyond when she found a couple of fleas on her--- she took action and communicated with us the whole time about the game plan. We were so, so appreciative. She also sent pictures and updates, which made us feel at ease. Ellie is a true gem and clearly has a genuine love for dogs :)
Caroline is the best! Her intake meet and greet was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable in her attention to details about my pups, preferences routine and needs. Not to mention, he absolutely adores her! The pics were flowing the whole time and when I ran into some travel delays on the way home she was able to keep him an extra night and give me peace of mind that my little baby was happy, healthy, and in good hands. I will definitely be rebooking!!
Aoife had a great time staying with Rachel and Matthew. They were prompt with the communication providing pupdates over the weekend. They took a great care of our doggy, and all of her belongings also came back in excellent shape (which is not always the case with boarding). We will definitely use boarding with Rachel again, thank you!
Regina is a true dog lover. She treated and cared for our girl as if she were her own. She took excellent care of our dog and was accommodating of her quirks and routine. She was very communicative with updates and photos, and made sure to ask any questions that came up.
Blair was amazing! This was my first time booking a sitter in New Orleans and she was able to take me last minute. I felt very comfortable and she sent me updates and I could see Sno had a great time with her and was well taken care of. Will be using her in the future for all my future sitter needs. 😃
Spencer was absolutely amazing!! This was the 1st time leaving my dog for an extended time and I was nervous - he made me feel very safe and sent lots of photos/updates. Bertha came back soo happy also! Previously she may have been anxious but I could tell she had a great time and got lots of loving. It was also her birthday while I was gone and Spencer put a candle on a doggie cake and sent the cutest pic! Thankful for the experience and I will def be using Spencer moving forward. I highly recommend!
