They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. Overall, I felt relaxed and reassured in my travels knowing Missy was being cared for by Rachel and Michael!”

What's above, "above and beyond"? Idk either. But whatever it is called, Michelle did it for us and our June. An unfortunate freak accident cut her boarding short. But Michelle still made sure our girl was taken care of and continued to follow up and check in on June. Her love for animals is real and you see it in action. Thank you for everything Michelle! 💞

Stacy is literally the best!! I am always nervous to leave Gigi with anyone however I really needed a sitter this time, so I put my trust into Stacy and she made me so comfortable! WOW! This was my first time using Rover and I am well pleased. My wife and I wanted to take the kids on a last-minute vacation and couldn’t leave our fur baby with a family member so I googled and found Rover. Alexandria was one of the first sitters I contacted. She was so professional and kind and my baby was handled with love and care. I’ll definitely be using her more in the near future. My baby loved her from the first meet her spirit is so pleasant
Mindy did a wonderful job taking care of Tucker. She kept me informed of how he was doing including pictures of his time with her. She treated him like he was her own and I am very grateful. As a bonus he found a new buddy in Cletus. Tucker will definitely be back anytime I need someone to care for him.
Our dog can be anxious around other dogs and has had some issues in the past, so we usually look for someone who has no animals of their own and only takes one client at a time. Being a last minute booking, there really wasn't anyone else available so we took a chance with Stella knowing she has a cat and we were unsure of how Obi would do with that. I was honest with Stella about Obi's past and uncertainty about how he would react to a cat, so we arranged a meet up to see how the animals would do. After meeting her and her cat, we both felt comfortable to move forward with the booking. During the the 3 days we were gone, Stella was super responsive and sent regular updates including photos. Although our dog and her cat did not end up being couch cuddlers, they kept a respectful distance and Stella was very observant and responsible, making sure to supervise them and keep everyone happy and safely apart. We would definitely use Stella again! We were able to enjoy our family getaway and not worry about our fur baby. Thank you Stella!
Mary was so great with my Kodi. I was so nervous to leave her but she sent updates with photos the entire time. She was also kind enough to let me pick up Kodi late at night. Her puppy is sweet and got along great with Kodi. I will definitely be booking again with Mary and her pup Jax.
