I’ve been pet sitting for over 20 years, beginning in Chicago by helping friends and neighbors care for their pets while they traveled. Over time, that grew into sitting for coworkers and friends of friends during my work travel assignments. I’m now permanently based in New Orleans and have continued pet sitting here for friends and neighbors over the past five years. I’ve cared for pets with many different personalities, energy levels, and routines, so I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable and maintain their normal schedule as much as possible. I focus on providing a safe, calm environment with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I’m reliable, attentive to details, and happy to send regular updates and photos so owners feel confident their pets are well cared for while they’re away.

I provide a safe, calm, and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I always follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. In my home, I keep a clean, pet-friendly space and make sure pets are always supervised and secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with respect and keep pets’ routines consistent so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and needs, and I provide regular updates and photos so owners have peace of mind knowing their pets are safe and well cared for.

Schedule
I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and consistency throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, including regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and check-ins. I’m home frequently and able to plan my day around the needs of the pets in my care. I’m also very responsive to messages and happy to coordinate schedules with pet parents to ensure their pets stay comfortable and well cared for. I limit the number of pets I take at one time so each one gets plenty of individual attention.
