Southern hospitality for Doggies!
Paco (my Chihuahua) and I are gracious hosts. We love entertaining and would welcome any visitor to spend time with us. Our yard is completely and securely fenced in. Your pet would have run of the house just like Paco. Most of all, your pet would be loved. All my adult life I've had at least one dog. The most number of pets I've had at one time is 4, 3 dogs and 1 cat. Nothing beats coming home to something that is glad to see you at the end of a hard day. About this sitter: I am a retired public servant. I am still serving the public by volunteering to help at community events.I have much love and empathy for animals. The center of my joy is my pet; therefore I would like to share that joy by helping others with economical, safe and trusted pet sitting care. My service is conveniently located in Gentilly. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all my life. It all started with adopting a stray when I was 7 years old. "Diamond" was a Heinz57 and I loved him dearly. From then on I was smitten with small animals; Cats, Goldfish, Rabbits and even a Gerbil. Now I am partial to small dogs, as they are very easy and convenient to travel with. Meet my pets There are no other pets in the household besides Paco. About my yard My backyard is fenced in with a raised deck, which Paco loves to sun himself on. I have potted plants which are relatively out of reach for small dogs. I have also planted a patch of barley grass to aid in digestion. There is ample room for small dogs to romp and play.

Elena continues to be a trusted part of the family. She even dropped the dog off today to help us out. I would recommend her over and over!
Elena did a wonderful job taking care of Clementine, and we had great communication throughout the entire process. I appreciated the photo updates she sent me, and I could tell Clemmy was having a great time! Highly recommend Elena.
We feel so comfortable leaving our shy pup with Elena during Jazz Fest! We will definitely book her again next year.

Harmonogram
I am retired and have the time to be engaged always with the dogs. In addition to maintaining activities inside, a fence in yard provides security and freedom to romp and play.

I allow pets to be part of the family. They are allowed on the sofa. I also monitor for bad behavior; chewing on furniture, marking space with urine.

Here's where we'll take our walks I will take your dog for a walk either in Joe Brown Park or City Park. I do enjoy the walking trail on Lake Forest Blvd. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep in his bed, alongside Paco's and my bed. I will bet they will sleep together once they are introduced. Time I'll spend with your dog Your dog will become a part of my family, hence Southern Hospitality.
