About: I can't imagine life without a dog! All my life I've used common sense and loads of love to care for my furry babies. I am a responsible and very loving pet owner. Since I am retired, my schedule is very flexible; I'm home most of the time. When I do work, it is usually on my computer in short periods. Your baby will receive lots of one-on-one attention and snuggles. I am retired and have lots of space in my home. Although there's no fenced yard, I will take your baby out on a leash and give them loads of love and attention.

About: Have had a pet or two pretty much my whole life, and I'm no spring chicken. Currently mom to a cat, 10 years, and a dog, 7 years. They are spoiled with love and attention. Enjoy the walks with my dog and thought it would be nice to meet more dogs in the neighborhood. To note, when walking your dog(s), mine will be relaxing at home. Also, the walks are good for my health. I don't have any special skills but I'm kind and loving. And it's true, I really do hang out with the pets at a party. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry bundles of happiness. At the moment, my schedule is very open and I can be flexible with it. Weekends are no problem. Early mornings, no problem. “Elizabeth has been my go to dog-sitter for almost 30 years. I worked at one or another a large tech firms during those years and several times a month would be away for a full day, sometimes overnight and occasionally for two nights. Elizabeth would come to my house before I left and stay with the dogs until I got back home. Without exception, when I returned home my dogs were smiling, settled in, happy as could be and, out of courtesy I think, greeted me with enthusiasm, and then got back in her lap. All my dogs are big and have been long lived. Over the decades Elizabeth has helped me ensure they were never alone, always felt safe and were always in the company of someone who loved them deeply and provided impeccable care. The first trio were Lab/German Shepherd mixes, the second pair were an Afghan Hound and a Great Dane mix and my third pair are both Afghans. Any one of these dogs can be a handful but Elizabeth has a way connecting, establishing trust, mutual respect and a “we’re in this together” feeling that my dogs have always thrived in. Elizabeth was there for us from the wild and crazy puppy years to the geriatric stages of the first two sets and has been with us from puppydom to early middle age with my two current dogs. She has a firm hand, is calm, knows how to spin everybody up into joyful zaniness and then calm them down and remind them not to knock lamps over or swipe the dishes off the coffee table with their tails. I don’t know how we could have made it through these years without her.”
