I have a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and inside, pets are welcome throughout the home with plenty of cozy places to rest, relax, and feel completely at ease. To provide the best care, I like to learn about your pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs ahead of time. Helpful things to know include: Medical needs: Health conditions, medications, allergies, or diet restrictions. Alone time: How they do when left alone and how long they’re comfortable being unattended. Social behavior: How they do around dogs, cats, people, or other animals. Behavior notes: Any fears, triggers, anxiety, reactivity, resource guarding, or habits I should know about. Current goals: Anything you’re working on that you’d like me to help reinforce. This helps me keep your pet safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that feels familiar to them.
A typical day
A typical day in my care includes a balance of exercise, enrichment, affection, and rest. Dogs get regular opportunities to walk, play, explore, and relax, with activities adjusted to their age, energy level, and comfort. I also include simple mental enrichment, such as puzzle toys, scent games, training games, or other activities that help keep pets engaged and happy. Between activities, there is plenty of time for snuggles, companionship, and reassurance. My goal is to help each pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping their routine as familiar as possible.

Growing up with pets taught me compassion, patience, and responsibility, and showed me how deeply animals rely on us for emotional support and safety. My pets were always family, and that connection continues to guide how I care for animals today. . In addition to my work here on Rover, I also run a small local pet care business. This background allows me to bring structure, reliability, and a high standard of care to every booking, while still offering the warm, personal attention pets deserve. . I’ve worked with pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including those with special needs or sensitive personalities. I take time to understand each pet’s unique preferences, routines, and emotional needs so they feel safe and at home while they’re with me. . I am always your pet’s primary caregiver for Rover bookings. I do have access to trusted support when needed, but anyone who helps with your pet’s care would only be involved with your approval first. This is only considered in specific situations, such as pets with special care needs, sensitive or reactive pets, or when an extra set of hands would be helpful. .
