About: Hi! I’m Clara! 🐾 I’ve been caring for animals for over 5 years, and loving them for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm surrounded by cats and dogs, and caring for them was always one of my favorite parts of the day. I’ve even had the unique experience of helping rescue an owl! I have a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and spent the past 3 years working at a local elementary school, where I was trusted with the care and well-being of children every day. That experience has taught me to be patient, attentive, responsible, and, most importantly, to meet each individual’s needs. She sent pictures, although I didn’t get them because I didn’t have WiFi on the whale watching excursion most of the time, until later but she sent me a lot of them for the short amount of time they were with her. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8, and I’ve walked a lot of my neighbors dogs for money. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats overnight, and I’ve helped train my neighbors dogs. I work part time and have a workout schedule so I take them out early in the morning, late in the morning, afternoon, evening, and before bed. Longer walks are always in the morning and at night and shorter ones are more frequent during the day. I provide a safe and loving environment for every pet in my care. I have a friendly dog who enjoys meeting new friends, and pets are always supervised and treated like family. While I don’t have a yard, I make sure dogs get plenty of walks, exercise and attention. For house sitting and drop in visits, I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and lots of affection. About: I adore dogs and would love to help out with yours! I have had my dog, Tank, for about 8 years now. I love to take him on walks and throw a ball with him. If you have any specific requests or if your dog has a specific schedule, I’m more than happy to accommodate! I’m a college student but I do have some flexibility and I can try my best to work with you and meet your needs. I am extra free on my school breaks too! I can make any type of adjustments so your dog is happy and comfortable. Do they have a strict schedule for food or walks? I can make sure that that routine remains. I have a medium sized dog at home (about 20 pounds) I make sure to exercise him everyday, even if it’s just for a quick walk near my apartment so exercising your dog is something I’m always happy to do.

About: I have recently moved from Nashville to Bellingham area. I have fostered over 60 dogs with Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue. I have dealt with multiple breeds as well as puppies and especially seniors with medical issues. I currently have a foster pug so I can house sit if I can bring her along or drop in. Your pups can also stay at my house. I work remotely so I can house sit, pet sit at anytime as long as I'm not going to be out of town or already booked. I will follow closely the directions given by the client. I have had dogs and I have competed internationally in horse competitions. I understand how people are particular about their pets.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child. I love spending time with them. I now have more time on my hands and would love to spend it caring for dogs who need some TLC. I had a senior pug who sadly rent over the rainbow bridge last year. The last few years she was with me, I had to give her medication, take care of her eyes and give her a special diet. I also had a lab who developed cancer and needed medication and a special diet. I feel I would be a perfect person to care for special needs dogs. I am retired so I have time to care for your pet from my home with frequent walks and/or bathroom breaks around our 5 acre property. I live on 5 acres. I do not have a fenced yard but take multiple walks throughout the day so your dog would be safely walked on a leash.

About: Update: Based in Bellingham Washington, currently looking to board/housesit for aniamals in Bellingham. I am a full time dog trainer and animal caretaker. I am also available for hire for canine training. I am in the process of receiving my national professional degree for Large and Small Animal Accupressure. I am also available for hire on the northern coast of Oregon, available for animal sitting in-home. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for neighborhood pups, giving them daily walks and love which fueled my admiration for them. I love spending time with animals because of how much we learn from each other. I spent summers working on a farm where I learned to work with all animals - great and small. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. I have experience working with dogs which need a little bit of extra help on their manners or that have come from an abusive situation, creating a calm and trusting atmosphere for them where they can thrive. I find that not just do I love spending time with animals but that I grow as a person working with them. I am also available for pet sitting of animals other then dogs, as well.
