“We have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections every 12 hours. Courtney was on time and communicated well during her drop-in visits, which was much appreciated. Thanks so much!”

“Keri did an excellent job making sure our cats were happy while we were away! She is kind, thorough, and very communicative, as well as great with animals. Highly recommend booking with her!”

“Stormy was absolutely amazing!! She sent so many pictures and always responded to our messages promptly. I knew our boys were in good hands with her. We will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

About: I’m reliable, communicative, and I pay attention to the little things. Their routines, quirks, energy levels, and what makes them feel secure. I also genuinely enjoy spending quality time with animals, not just “checking in” on them. My goal is always to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and stress-free while you’re away. I do have a 9-5 job that I work on Monday - Friday. I am available anytime after 5 pm and on weekends I’m free anytime. I provide attentive, reliable care in your pet’s familiar environment to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I follow routines closely, prioritize safety, respect your home, and pay attention to each pet’s individual needs and personality. I also provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind and trust.
“Brian was great with Tucker all the way from the meet and greet through the two check ins. He made our anxious dog feel comfortable and his communication is great and proactive. We highly recommend Brian and will be booking him for weekly services going forward!”

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes since I can remember. Dog poop, hairballs, slobber…not grossed out, will clean it all. We recently lost our 17-year-old chihuahua, so I have experience caring for a senior pet as well. I’m a freelance creative, working from home with a very flexible schedule. I can easily shift my day around to meet your pet care needs! I am a sucker for instructions and will follow them to a T. Your pet(s) will get my undivided attention, love, and care. And, with your permission, I love to take photos of your pets and share them with you to add a little bright spot to your day.
“Trederica was wonderful! Kept me updated with pictures every visit & accommodated all my needs when it came to my fur baby, would absolutely book her again.”

About: I love dogs but my work and travel schedule impact my ability to have my own dog. I'm looking forward to spend time and caring for your dog and all the good that will bring to all of us when I am available. I work remotely 2 days/ week with a long commute but available to care for a pet the days I am not traveling. I also travel one week each month to Arizona for family so looking to optimize my chance to care for your dog when I am in home in Pennsylvania. I live in a townhouse community that is not fully fenced and when I care for my sister's dog, I walk her on her leash around our community that loves dogs with many caring dog owners around me. We also hang out in the house and she loves to sleep on my office while I work and gives me a great excuse to disconnect from work every few hours and go for long walks in the mutiple, beautiful parks around where I live.
About: While I’ve never had a dog, I currently have cats and bunnies, so I’m familiar with a good variety of animal care! I love dogs so much, and I’d be so excited to walk and care for your baby! I’m currently a student, but since my school is online, I have a pretty flexible schedule, allowing me to work weekends and weekdays! I can work from 3pm on on every weekday, with unlimited availability on the weekends. In terms of my client’s home, I will care for them with the materials given. I’m familiar with taking care of a variety of different animals, so I’m sure I will provide your pet with a comfortable, caring environment.
“Couldn’t be happier with Shelby. She was gentle with my cats and is a genuinely caring pet sitter. Even though my big guy refused to engage (our girl cat liked her) photos assured me my fur babies were well taken care of. She communicated well and accommodated a last minute holiday request. 10/10 would use her again!🐾🐾🐾🐾”

“Haeley is fantastic! She is tremendously compassionate and attentive. Harley exudes kindness in the way she communicates about my pets. It’s a gift having that peace of mind that my pets are in such good hands.”

“Hi Shannon was great! She came to meet the dogs ahead of time and review our requests. Shannon was comfortable with them, and they could tell she was a friend. Shannon sent pictures, which was a nice touch. We will request Shannon again without hesitation.”

“Second time Amanda has watched our dog and cats. She take such great care of our menagerie. She gives thorough updates, first and and beyond and just generally loves pets. Will 100% engage her again.”

“Harrison watched my puppy over the course of 3 drop ins. He communicated every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure my Rikku was okay. He responded to all my requests and was extremely helpful. I plan to book him again in the near future.”

Melrose Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Julia is an outstanding cat sitter. I was traveling overseas for 10 days and felt completely comfortable with the care and attention she provided to my cat. Prior to my travel, Julie proactively scheduled a meet & greet, since it had been some time since her last cat sitting session with my cat. She engaged with my cat in a way that kept her from not feelin abandoned during my vacation. Upon my return, the litter box was clean and my cat's feeding and water area was spotless. I would unconditionally recommend Julia C. as reliable, trusted cat sitter.

My weird cats and I adore Allie. I volunteered at a couple of shelters / rescues and truly have some quirky cats, but Allie acted like they were as normal as they come. She was not fazed by their individual eating preferences, oral meds, and sometimes cranky attitudes. Allie also sent daily updates with photos and I have not felt this at ease traveling in a very long time. I'm sure Allie is excellent with dogs, but if you are looking for someone who is amazing with cats, this is your sitter!
