Waggish Dog Whisperer
If your dog needs a friend for when you can't be there, I'll be there! I have grown up with dogs and currently have a havanese mix rescued from the streets of West Philly and an adopted jackhuahua. I also have experience working with shelter dogs at the SPCA and have fostered a staffordshire terrier. Dogs are cherished family members and deserve to be treated as such. I can provide that care for your loved ones when you cannot be there. If supplemental dog training is what you need, I can help with that as well! Why I love dogs I was born into a house full of dogs and have loved them since I was able to interact with them. My mom and I lived with my grandparents who had German shepherds and cocker spaniels.

Safety, trust & environment
I require a meet and greet for all new clients. The care I will provide for your pets will be determined based on details and information provided at that time. The basics such as potty breaks and fresh water are provided at each visit. Whatever I can fit into the scheduled 30 or 60 minute visits beyond that (such as play time and enrichment) are included. I have a variety of puzzle toys and other fun stuff that I can bring with me if you think your pets would be interested! I have experience with dogs with anxiety and other behavioral issues, so please reach out. Additional fees may apply depending on the level of attention needed.

Kendra did an absolutely wonderful job and went above & beyond walking our pack twice a day while I was away on a business trip. She was attentive to each of our dog's personalities and my instructions, communicated concerns when she had them, and sent the most delightful stories & photos. It made my trip so much easier knowing our dogs were in great hands. Highly recommend and will use again.
Kendra did a wonderful job making friends with our dog, who we have never left at home. She worked steadily to build his trust, and gave him lots of time to accept her putting him on a slip lead a going for a walk. We really look forward to having Kendra dog-sit for us again! Cheers!
Kendra was amazing with our girls (dog + cat)! She made sure they had lots of play and cuddle time and sent lots of great pictures and notes during our trip. She was a great communicator and left our house spotless! Absolutely would recommend her!!

Kendra was one of our cat's favorite sitters and we're all very sad to see her leave the area, but we will 100% book her again if she services our area again. Even our cat who 'vibe checks' people to a very high standard loved her. We have always been incredibly thankful for how attentive and patient she is for our beans. During our longer trips, she helped us feel confident and at ease that our kitties would be in good hands. On our first meeting, we appreciated that she'd arrived with a notebook in hand to document additional details and quirks for the upcoming visits and always supplied us with the best pictures!

Schedule
Most of my other work is done remotely, so I am generally quite flexible with times. Late night drop-ins are no problem and my weekends are often spent caring for dogs and cats. I am sometimes able to offer hikes for dogs when my schedule and plans permit.
