Pet care is my daily routine, Monday to Friday, sometimes on weekends. It's what I've been doing for 10 years. It's also what I do every day with my own cat, Leo, whom I've loved dearly since I adopted him in 2008—he's almost 16 years old!

Safety, trust & environment
I'm proud to have met and befriended dogs that concerned my clients due to aggressive behavior towards new faces. I do feel I connect with animals mentally, forming lasting bonds with anxious or grumpy pets at their comfort level. I've grown eyes in the back of my head and am always aware of my surroundings when out walking. I'm very familiar with this area having grown up here. I know what to look out for and I'm prepared if something looks suspicious. I've never (fingers crossed) had an issue because I always knew when to cross the street or turn around. Even if a client says their dog doesn't need a leash, I will always have one on them for walks, that's my own personal policy. I will NOT let one possible horrible situation because there wasn't a leash happen on my watch. Your dog is in safe hands with me.
Information Daniel B. would like to know about your pet
What's crucial to know about your pets in advance? I'm attentive to shy dogs, those not needing overly intense love or wild exercise, regardless of age. I can adjust to their pace—whether it's slowing down for the older ones or picking up the pace for the energetic ones.
A typical day
I love this area of Philadelphia for its diverse activities. Some dogs prefer strolling around their block, running into friends on the same schedule. Others enjoy Wissahickon Valley Park's trails and nature like a spacious open field providing the freedom to run in anywhere!

Reviews

Dan has been so good with our pup Sadie - even as we’re still working on training with her, he’s been patient and very communicative. Would highly recommend him!

Daniel always takes very good care of our cat. He is attentive to both his physical and emotional needs, which we really appreciate.
Greatly appreciate Daniel’s responsiveness & care of 2 very spoiled hounds. Loved the photos, too. Highly recommend

Daniel is wonderful and so very patient and knowledgeable.
