I have always had positive experiences with Alex sitting my dog Oso, and I appreciate her going out of her way to watch my dog today even though she has moved farther away from me than before. She gave useful updates throughout the day and followed instructions. Thanks!!

Alex was wonderful with my dog and cat! So communicative and followed instructions well. My sometimes-nervous pup was comfortable and relaxed in all photos and I came home to two happy and healthy pets. Would definitely work with Alex again!

Alex dropped in on our two mini schnauzers and did a great job. She was very communicative and gave us detailed info on how she spent her hour with the girls. Will definitely use her again!

I in good conscience can’t recommend this sitter. We had a scheduled visit at 5:00 pm on 8/16 that she did not attend. She later claimed she’d walked my dog, but my Vivint smart lock and cameras—which record every unlock/open/close with video—show no entry to our home at that time. Leaving my dog unattended for close to 24 hours. The next morning (8/17) she entered at 7:10 am but didn’t start the Rover Card until 8:01–8:31, a 50-minute gap between arrival and when the visit was logged. I’m grateful my security system caught these discrepancies; without it, I wouldn’t have known. I believe it’s extremely inappropriate and dangerous to enter people’s home outside of expected visiting hours and to falsely document the time. When I raised this, she blamed my security system (it’s accurate), then issued a refund but ultimately canceled the booking, which removed my ability to leave a review until Rover restored it. Based on this experience, I would not book this sitter again.

Alex is the best! We truly appreciated the photos and updates and felt very secure with Alex’s confident and caring approach. Our home was left in pristine condition and our dogs were content and relaxed! Highly recommend Alex, especially if you have dogs who can be a little slow to warm up to new people.

Alex did a great job communicating daily and taking excellent care of my dog. My pup can be reactive to other dogs and is very strong too. I felt totally comfortable leaving him with her in my home. Alex was very respectful of my home as well. Highly recommend.
