“Nikki was the best pet sitter I could have asked for. She went out of her way to make sure my dog and I were comfortable throughout the entire visit. She gave him his own Christmas stocking, ornament, and a bag of treats. He is an elderly dog and she gave him the highest quality care I could’ve asked for.”

“This was my first time using Rover and Katherine helped me through it! She sent updates and photos at the right cadence while I was away. We both agreed that a space with a yard would be a better fit for my husky mix if I should use Rover again, as he needs a lot of more intense activity. One small note is that my dog was barking at her cat during the stay, and there didn't really seem to be a way to keep them separated. He does well with my cat, but I guess not necessarily new cats! So just something to keep in mind that if your dog really does need to be separated from a cat, it's not the right space.”

“David was so wonderful with my pupper. He gave me a nightly updates and a photo or two with it! He was incredibly patient with my dog, who has a bit of anxiety. I highly recommend David. I will use him again when my family goes away on a trip.”

“Hyesun and Bob and their family were so kind to our big shaggy poodle and we could tell that Jasper really liked them in return and felt relaxed in their home. We really appreciated the texts and pictures and think he appreciated the walks, the Thanksgiving dinner, the mutual affection and the care. Thank you all.”

“We'd give a 6/5 if we could. Ariane and her family were absolutely wonderful with Lady. She had a great week, and really enjoyed playing with Ariane's dogs. We got updates every day, and it really helped us enjoy our trip more.”

“Wagner had a good first stay with Gienna and Maggy. Gienna was great at providing updates with photos during the stay, and we feel very comfortable leaving Wagner for an overnight stay next month.”

“Natasha and Jonathan were excellent! This was Bennie’s first stay and I will definitely book again. Bennie quickly bonded to Natasha which made me very happy as I had only left him with someone once before. Their home is very dog-friendly and Natasha sent me regular updates during my trip. Bennie was treated so well with regular walks and snuggles. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my baby and keeping my mind at ease!”

“Max and Maggie were happy as clams at high tide.. New friends to play with, air conditioned and lots of scratchies No worries for Mom while she vacuumed, washed floors, painted, cleaned and generally banished dog hair from everything.”

“Lindsay is very welcoming and kind. She is experienced caring for dogs and even fosters dogs who need temporary homes. She sent updates and pictures, and our dog returned home happy and healthy after a week in her care.”

“First time, and hopefully not the last, working with Andy. Kind and flexible with drop off and pick up. Very helpful in caring for our dogs, daily pics and updates. Highly recommend, thank you Andy!”

“Paul and Megan were amazing with our dog, Totoro! We went on a 11 day vacation and Totoro was also on a vacation of his own. They took such great care of him and showered him with so much love, from the daily walks to giving him his medication and also playing tug of war. We also really appreciated the daily updates and photos and we had no worries while we were away. We would definitely go back to them for dogsitting! Totoro loved them!”

“We have three dogs, with our 16-year old Italian Greyhound being particularly frail and crotchety. He is a finicky eater who hates the New England winters. We were very concerned about boarding our dogs with anyone, but we've had bad experiences with kennels in the past, so we were willing to give rover.com a try. Eileen had great reviews, so we scheduled a meet-and-greet. Right away she seemed very kind and comfortable with our dogs. During our week-long vacation, Eileen sent us pictures and updates daily, kept us posted about health concerns, worked with our suggestions, and was generally extremely responsive. It was obvious that the safety and comfort of our pups were her prime concern. When we picked them up, our dogs were clearly very comfortable with her, and didn't appear to be in any rush to leave! We were very impressed with Eileen's amazing care, and will definitely board our dogs with her again.”

“Andre was great with Luna ! Kept great contact with videos. She was walked for hours a day. When I picked her up she ate and crashed out. She was clearly tired. I will definitely use Andre again!!!🐆”

“Ana Paula was a fantastic sitter with Ranger! Given his diabetes caring for him can be a little extra work but she handled it great. She was attentive and sent us lots of pictures and kept us in the loop with all his insulin doses and meals. We hope to book Ana Paula in the future as well!”

“Felicia was able to look after my dog on just a couple days notice after I made some last minute travel plans to see the eclipse. Pick up and drop off service was also super helpful. Very responsive, and my doggy was in great spirits after drop off. Would definitely book again!”

“Jennifer and her family were great! Angus used to come home from the kennel feeling nervous and tired, but not from Jennifer's house. Angus got so much individual attention (which he loves dearly), and was clearly very happy there. I will book with Jennifer again for sure.”

“Hercules had the best time!!! He got to play with friends and was loved up his entire stay. I got lots of pictures and videos which made it easier to be away. So trustworthy, helpful, and kind.”

“Joyce and her husband took wonderful care of my dog Ollie! She sent photo updates and was great with communication. and I could tell he was happy and comfortable with them for the duration of the stay :)”
