About: I'm a stay at home wife. We have kids, just none of them live with us. They're all grown up. I have 2 kitties & an African Gray parrot (he has his own room), I love to spoil all of them. I definitely feel spoiled by our fur (& feathered) babies as well. A friend of mine recommended Rover to me, she was telling me about her friend that petsits, loves it, & that she is going to do it herself. I am very excited to meet & interact with new pets. I live near a dog park, its a great place to walk & play with them. They will definitely get good exercise with me. I am looking forward to new adventures with new friends and meeting new pets.

Her pup played well with mine so he came home soo tired, which was what I wanted. She even worked with my pup to give him a proper introduction to cats and some other training exercises. It’s funny being on the other side of Rover because I used to board dogs and I put my all into each dog. I know that there are different kinds of “dog sitters”. Nikki is legit and knows how to handle dogs. Highly Recommend.”

About: I was a surgical vet tech for 3 years and vet tech for 5 years. I have my Associates degree in veterinary technology aside from that we’ve always had pets in our home. From birds to dogs to everything in between. Currently I took a step back from clinic work to raise our kiddos but find myself needing that extra dose of pet care. I am a full time stay at home mom and dog parent so my schedule revolves around my children and now your pet children! I have a fully fenced front and backyard and pets are always supervised even our own pets. We have 3 dogs that are friendly with other dogs as well as a cat that loves dogs but does keep to herself most of the time. Our pets are kennel trained if your babies are a little more shy so help keep everyone comfortable. We do slow introductions when any pet stays with us to assure everyone is safe.

Shadow was a one year old Rottweiler and he was already potty trained and knew basic commands. He was perfect for a first dog! I also have volunteered for the Humane Society and helped raise litters of puppies and kittens over the years, I've also had experience bottle feeding kittens. My home sits on 1/2 an acre and has a 6' fully fenced backyard, so lots of room for your dogs to run and play. I have blankets on the couches so everyone can be comfortable. Dog hair, don't care :) I work from home so I'm available for potty breaks throughout the day, I have half an acre so there's plenty of room to play. My yard is fully fenced for safety but dogs can feel comfortable on the couch or dog bed, whatever your dog may prefer best in the environment!
