“Anne and family were amazing!! She took pictures of our dogs daily and checked in! Our dogs were happy at drop off and pick up. She took such great care of both our girls I would book with her again anytime I’d need care again.”
“Mandi and her family were great with our puppy. She sent pictures and updates while we were Out of town. Our little guy really enjoyed the time with them. We will definitely have him stay with them again in the future.”

“Toni was very flexible and easy to work with. We have an 8 month old, slightly neurotic puppy who has had no experience with other dogs or strangers thanks to covid. Toni was wonderful to let us come by a few days ahead of time so he could meet her. He was a giant, yippy brat! Toni and Mike were super patient and assured us he would be fine. All three dogs did great.!”

“Jessica went above and beyond with my teddy! She was very communicative, sending photos throughout the day and his mood and was always there to play with him. I will trust Jessica with my dog for whenever I need to have a place for him in the future!”

“Shanalee & Zachery were great! They accepted a last minute request and took great care of my dog. They made Albus feel at home right away, were ultra responsive and sent picture updates. Would definitely recommend and rebook.”

“Chauntel took great care of our dog! We appreciate the love and care she was given and I can tell from the pictures that she had a blast. We would definitely board with Chauntel again.”

“I had the best experience with Elena & Donald. My two fur babies were taken care of and loved on while I was away at work. I will absolutely bring them back! I even recommended them to my mom. They are fantastic, caring, and wonderful to work with. I truly thank them for taking such great care of my dogs.”

“Mark & Cathy are the best! They are both super attentive, communicative, and fun! My dog has such a blast with them and I felt like she was getting the very best care- can’t recommend them enough!”

“Amber always does great with my Ollie! She had him over his birthday and went the extra mile to make it special and get him birthday toys and treats (: Amber is great at making sure Ollie is safe and comfortable and I know I can trust her to take great care of him!”

“Aaron took amazing care of our sweet lab, Lily, while we were away. Aaron is kind, responsive, and was adept in caring for Lily’s special needs. Aaron was easy to work with and flexible. We felt secure knowing Lily was in great hands while we were away. We are so appreciative of Aaron and will definitely use her again!”

“Dominique was extremely welcoming and accommodating to our travel schedule. She took great care of Toby in her home, and her decades of expertise made a big difference! She will cater to your dog’s unique needs, and I would highly recommend her for dogs of all sizes. Thank you, Dominique!”
“Karesa and Eric are the best! They are the sweetest family! Louis had the best time! He was so comfortable at their home which is not usually the case for him. He is ready to go back. 😊”

“Andrea is sweet and very responsible. She went above and beyond to make sure that our drop-off an pick-ups went smoothly when I boarded my dog at her place. My dog was immediately comfortable in her home. Couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“Matti was great! Our puppy started out shy as he hadn't had much contact with other dogs. We were worried that he wouldn't be comfortable with the 3 Chihuahua that Matti has. But, Matti has made it possible and our puppy fit in just fine and seemed to enjoy other dogs' company in the end. Thank you, Matti for taking good care of our puppy while we were out of town! We will surely look for Matti again on our next vacation.”

“Angela took amazing care of our 1 yr old corgi, sent lots of update pictures, and even sent her home with a baggy of treats. She listened to all special instructions and when I picked up our dog I knew she had been well taken care of.”

“One night booking with Arius was great, I would definitely use her again. As a Rover sitter myself I am very picky when it comes to my spoiled doggy. Missy came home happy and so did I, exceeded my expectations. Prices was reasonable as well. Thank you”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Magna
I was nervous at having a stranger watch my fur baby. Especially since he has some particular needs. Mariana and her family were amazing! They loved my Bruno like he was their own and even did some modifications to their yard to make it more comfortable for him (and us). We got pictures and updates multiple times a day, which I loved! We will definitely be booking with her again!!

This was the first time I ever left my 7 year old dog with anyone other than family. Bobbie was referred to us by word of mouth, and I'm so thankful for it!! I was so anxious about leaving him, but Bobbie and her daughter were amazing. Sent updates, and I know my dog was well taken care of. He can't wait to go back 🥰

We have used Taylor and Kamri twice now:) We were so grateful they could watch both our dogs on short notice. They accommodated our random pick up and drop off times, one drop off being extremly early in the morning. They were really good at communicating through the app and were nice. I have used rover multiple times and differences I have found with this stay verses others is they didn't send us pictures of our dogs, they lost our dog bowls and we gave us random ones, and they never even opened the dog treats we sent with our dogs. This place doesn't focus on the individual dog so much as to they cater to watching many dogs. I loved that they were able to take on both our dogs though as they are opposites. We have a 10lb not neutered dog and a 100lb neutered dog and they were happy to take both which is hard to find on rover sometimes. They were good to check and view papers to make sure dogs are all fully vaccinated. I'm really glad they were able to watch our dogs for the 2 vacations my family went on. Thank You!

This was my first time hiring a sitter for Hazel, my German shepherd/husky. I was nervous about it but we couldn't take our dog on vacation with us this time. Aaron is the best, she took such great care of our dog. Hazel loved the home and family environment and we came back to happy dog. I am so thankful for Aaron!!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
