“This was the first time we had to find a dogsitter and leave our dog while we went on vacation. We were nervous leaving her, but Jocelyn was excellent and took great care of our 4 month old Golden, Roxy. She sent us pictures to keep us updated on how Roxy was doing. We really appreciated Jocelyn's help so we didn't have to worry about our puppy while we were gone!”

“Anne was so kind, welcoming and had great communication. Our dog had a great 5 day stay at Anne’s house and we didn’t worry about her at all. Anne sent us pictures everyday and an update, which was so nice. We will be using her again for future stays!”

“Mandi and her family took great care of our little Lady! we received pictures and updates every day. lady was loved and cared for the same way we live and care for her. I would highly recommended and will be booking again!”

“Jessica went above and beyond with my teddy! She was very communicative, sending photos throughout the day and his mood and was always there to play with him. I will trust Jessica with my dog for whenever I need to have a place for him in the future!”

“Mark and Cathy were fantastic! They were extremely communicative before and during our booking providing fun updates and photos throughout Cooper’s stay. It is obvious that they love dogs and Cooper was well loved during his time with them. We would certainly book with them again!”

“My pups had so much fun!! The little 1 1/2 year old Shiba had a blast playing with the other dogs, my 14 year old got lots of care and snuggles. The older one is an old grump and nips at us when we try to pick him up, but they sent us pics of him in their arms getting loved up! Miracle workers, we’ll be back next time we leave town. They sent daily updates and were very caring to my babies.”

“This was my first time hiring a sitter for Hazel, my German shepherd/husky. I was nervous about it but we couldn't take our dog on vacation with us this time. Aaron is the best, she took such great care of our dog. Hazel loved the home and family environment and we came back to happy dog. I am so thankful for Aaron!!”

“Karesa and her family were incredible. I actually think my pup was sad to leave her house. They are super social with him, kept us up to date with pictures and was great with communicating. I’ve already reached out to out to schedule his next stay.”

“Excellent dog sitter! My dog stayed at her house and received wonderful care. Great communication, updates, and a welcoming environment. I would happily use her services again.”

“Matti was great! Our puppy started out shy as he hadn't had much contact with other dogs. We were worried that he wouldn't be comfortable with the 3 Chihuahua that Matti has. But, Matti has made it possible and our puppy fit in just fine and seemed to enjoy other dogs' company in the end. Thank you, Matti for taking good care of our puppy while we were out of town! We will surely look for Matti again on our next vacation.”

“Jessica made us feel completely at ease while we were away. This was one of the first times we’ve had to leave our dog, and even our kids felt comforted when we received updates from her. This was the best experience I could have imagined! We’ll definitely use her again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Magna
Truly Bobbie is so flexible when travel plans don't go as planned, or anything else life throws at you. Cooper LOVES his stays, and he cannot wait to go back. He's absolutely exhausted (in the best way) once he comes home. I'm scared one day he will refuse to leave at pickup!! Hahahah so thankful for Bobbie and her daughter loving our pups as much as their own!

I was nervous at having a stranger watch my fur baby. Especially since he has some particular needs. Mariana and her family were amazing! They loved my Bruno like he was their own and even did some modifications to their yard to make it more comfortable for him (and us). We got pictures and updates multiple times a day, which I loved! We will definitely be booking with her again!!

We have used Taylor and Kamri twice now:) We were so grateful they could watch both our dogs on short notice. They accommodated our random pick up and drop off times, one drop off being extremly early in the morning. They were really good at communicating through the app and were nice. I have used rover multiple times and differences I have found with this stay verses others is they didn't send us pictures of our dogs, they lost our dog bowls and we gave us random ones, and they never even opened the dog treats we sent with our dogs. This place doesn't focus on the individual dog so much as to they cater to watching many dogs. I loved that they were able to take on both our dogs though as they are opposites. We have a 10lb not neutered dog and a 100lb neutered dog and they were happy to take both which is hard to find on rover sometimes. They were good to check and view papers to make sure dogs are all fully vaccinated. I'm really glad they were able to watch our dogs for the 2 vacations my family went on. Thank You!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
