They took the extra time to make sure he felt at home and they provided me with updates and pictures almost daily. They have dogs of their own, which helped me feel more relaxed because Charlie would have someone to play with. She sent me pictures and videos and let me have access to the cameras she has up in the dog areas. She kept her on her feeding schedule and took her for walks!!
