About: I provide calm, home-based dog boarding designed to feel less like traditional boarding and more like staying with someone your dog already knows and loves. My guests get plenty of attention, affection, playtime, outdoor breaks, naps, and cuddles while they’re here. I intentionally keep things small and personal, caring for one dog or household at a time. My goal is simple: every dog in my home should feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Dogs have been a huge part of my life for almost 30 years. I spent about 15 years fostering and helping rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs, volunteered as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments, and completed animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services. That experience taught me that dogs aren’t one-size-fits-all. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and figuring out what makes them feel happiest and most at home. Most importantly, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. I want you to leave knowing they’re safe, loved, understood, and probably being spoiled a little more than they’ll admit when you get home. I keep our daily routine flexible based on the needs of the pups staying with me. Energetic and ready to go? There will be plenty of walks, outdoor time, play, and opportunities to burn off that energy. More of a couch potato? Laid-back days, cozy naps, and couch snuggles are some of my favorite pastimes! Because I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care exclusive, I'm able to get to know each pup's personality and make sure they get the right balance of activity, attention, play, and downtime. Not every dog wants to do the same thing, and that's perfectly okay. I work part-time outside the home Monday through Friday and am typically away for about 4–6 hours during the day. Before I leave, pups get plenty of time for breakfast, attention, and a potty break, and once I'm home, we're right back to our normal routine of outdoor time, play, lounging, and lots of attention. To work around my weekday schedule, Monday through Friday drop-offs and pick-ups are available before 9:30 AM or after 4:30 PM. Weekend drop-off and pick-up times are more flexible and can be arranged individually. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. There are no resident pets or young children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For their safety and comfort while I’m away from home, boarding dogs must be kennel-trained and comfortable spending a few hours relaxing in their kennel. I have kennels available for small and medium-sized dogs. If your pup requires a kennel larger than medium, please plan to bring an appropriately sized kennel for their stay. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.

About: I have 2 family dogs that I love and adore. I have taught both of them many tricks and have taken them on many many walks. I am a very caring person and have much empathy for people and animals. I have a part-time very flexible work from home job right now. I can make time for your pets at any time of the day! Weekends too. I can provide comfort for your dogs in whichever way they desire. I am here to do whatever is needed to build your trust and a safe environment for your pets.

About: I’ve been doing pet sitting for 4 years, and I’ve always loved it. I’ve had dogs my entire life and they will always be my best friend. I’m always taking care of dogs especially I have 3 at my own home I’m always out on a walk or even just filling up their water bowl I’ll come to your house and make sure their food and water is out then take them on a 10-15 minute walk if they need any special treatment I’m always happy to oblige!

About: When people think of me, they think of animals. I have a genuine love for dogs. I have worked in a dog bakery, baking your babies special treats and can do the same per request while watching them. I have had all ages of dogs from puppy to geriatric and will give each one the care they need for the stage of life they’re in. I currently am home full time with my 2 small Boston terriers. There’s a fenced back yard to play in, a doggy pool and countless toys. I have a fenced yard for your pups to run around in or relax in. They can also stay inside if the weather isn’t great that day.

About: I have experience with taking care of tons of animals throughout my childhood examples are, cats, dogs, kittens, puppies, chickens, ducks and goats! I have 2 years of experience of working at an animal daycare facility and I want to help pet owners more out of my work! I have tons of free time after my works, and during the weekends to help out owners. I will always make time the best I can to whoever books me and go way beyond because that's what I would love for my pets. I always make sure my animals have attention and love everyday! Every time I go out anywhere with my dog its always a duty to get him a pup cup. I take hikes, walks, and bjorking with my dog most days to get his daily exercise because his breed is an active dog.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. Ive always had pets in the house and I have always had responsibilities to take care of them. Our 14 year old husky/heeler mix just crossed the rainbow bridge but we had him since he was 8 weeks old so dont worry if your babies are loud and rowdy I can handle it. I also have a sweet 2 year old corgi who is basically a toddler and a t-rex combined. I have two adorable cats who I love. I have house sat for family members for the past 5-6 years and love getting to spend time with their animals. I currently work full time but I leave early (usually around 6:30 am) and get back early (usually about 4:00pm) but weekends im all yours!! So there is plenty of time for play! I will follow your schedule as needed. I know how important it is to keep things at home as stable as possible when it comes to your pets! But dont worry there will be lots of love and playtime!!

About: Hi!!(: I have a 3yo male Bernese Mountain Dog who is so sweet and gets along great with every dog! I have had cats and dogs almost my whole life and I’ve loved every second! I am really active so I am always down for a run or walk in the park. I am very flexible and available for home visits or overnight stays. I am so excited to meet these new fur babies. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at any time! I am free at any time with a little bit of a notice. I dont have children so taking care of pets is what I like to do best(: I am available to do whatever the client may need for me to best take care of their pet! I have a fenced in yard at my house and I will never leave the pet unattended when I’m there.

My wife currently is not working, so she spends most of the day with dogs we take care of. She might leave for the occasional errand, for 1-2 hours. We usually try to arrange for one of us to be home with dogs we are taking care of, to limit alone time throughout their stay with us. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise with daily walks, runs, and playtime, while my wife offers a calm, cozy atmosphere full of snuggles and companionship. Although we don’t have a fenced yard, we live in a quiet townhouse community with lots of safe walking space. There are three parks within walking distance and several more just a short drive away. We also love taking dogs to the nearby Jordan River Trail for more scenic and enriching walks. Your pup will get the perfect mix of outdoor adventure and indoor comfort while staying with us.

About: I've grown up around dogs all my life and I currently have on of my own and adore him. I love helping out with any fur baby that needs a little extra attention. I know how to give oral medicine and I've spent a lot of time around senior dogs. If there is anything that would help me better understand your babies please let me know ! I work a a four day 10hour schedule so I'm home 3 days a week. Always free on weekends and if needed on the days that I work I can stop by anytime after 7pm. Just send me a message and I will do my best to check in on your pups through out the week if that is something you are looking for. I have a fenced backyard with lots of space, if your puppy is kennel trained he/she will have easy access to one. We also have a doggy door if that helps them. I have an endless amount of toys and treats if that is something that will make your fur baby feel more at home.

I work full time but I’m free during the afternoons during the weekdays and free on weekends! I’m able to perform drops in for as long as needed. About: I've been in this business for approximately 22 years. I began rescuing animals from the streets, raising funds for them, finding foster homes, and caring for injured or operated animals. This is how my empathy for them and for all animals grew. I learned how to administer medical treatments, learned about special care for recently operated dogs, and have experience caring for animals with nutritional, allergic, and digestive issues. One of my dogs has had a special condition for about four years, and I had to educate myself and learn about it. My love for them turned into a passion, which is why I also learned energy techniques to help them in situations that arise. Techniques such as Bach flower therapy, medical biomagnetism, and animal tapping, all of which are designed to support them throughout their lives. Caring for them isn't a job for me; it's a privilege; it's a privilege to be able to share hours of my life with such noble and beautiful beings. I will always treat your pet as if it were my own and give it the best so that it feels comfortable and happy during our time together. I currently work for a company with rotating schedules, so there are weeks when I am available all weekend and other weeks when I must work. The weekdays also rotate, so it is important that we communicate beforehand. However, I always try to respond quickly. The days I can care for your pet are from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Currently, I can go to their homes, care for them from the comfort of their own home, walk them, feed them, clean their area, or administer treatments. I like to have enough information about them, such as their behavior inside and outside the home, whether they tend to eat anything they see, whether they are friendly or aggressive, whether they have allergies, and whether there are specific games they like or prefer to play.

About: Ive taken care of cats of all ages since I was 10 and I have cared for dogs all of ages since I was 25. I have experience in training both cats and dogs as well. I now 4 years of training and care for domestic rabbits as well. I have recently stepped away from full time work to care for my daughters during the day and will now have plenty of time during the day and nights to care for your pet when care is needed. I will be available from 10-6 for day care, walks, playtime, and feedings. I will also have be open and available for boarding and overnight stays for those of you who would need that option. I have a fenced yard and two of my own friendly dogs who would love to play and entertain your pup. If crating is needed, I have a crate that can be used for your pup as well. Feeding and hydrating can also be done separately and secluded if preferred.

“Four stars for finding an alive and healthy cat, 1 less star for filthy litter box, bone dry water fountain and crusted dry wet food bowl and visit hours that were sporadic and disconnected from requested slots. Meghan might be an awesome dog walker and pet host, though I have not used her for those services, I will hesitate to recommend her for cat drop ins. I have used better cat sitters from Rover.”
