About: I have many friends that have dogs and cats and I always know I love helping them with their dogs and cats. I started helping other dog hiker to sit and walk the dogs back in 2018, and then I stopped Rover after my pregnancy for taking care of my newborn, during which I still occasionally helped friends sitting their pets. I have experience in caring for dogs in heat, dogs that need medical attention, and the hyper ones. Some things to note: -I have a 2-year-old (human) toddler, thus your dog must be good with kids. -On weekdays I don't work from home, but my husband does. He is equally caring toward all dogs. I will do all the overnight and weekend pup loving. -I have an 8-year-old medium-sized, medium-energy female blue healer mix who will mostly keep to herself. She is not kennel trained, but we do have a large-size crate for your pup if needed. We are (usually) available any day and any hour. On weekdays, I don't work from home, but my husband does. He is equally caring toward all dogs. I will do all the overnight and weekend pup loving. I have a fully fenced back yard with a medium sized doggie door. I live within minutes of multiple parks. I work from home and have availability to take your pets out for bathroom breaks. We are able administer medication as needed. We have experience with dogs in heat but prefer to not have dogs in heat while staying in our home. Your dog’sroutine can continue while away from home. While you are away your pet will be 100% taken care of. We are open to dog meets to make sure your dog is comfortable around our Black Lab and family. We are happy to a see any questions you may have about your pet’s stay or daily check in and walks. We are available to take care of your pet throughout the day. There’s usually somebody home most of the day we work from home and can work around our schedule to help take dogs outside to use the restroom. We typically play fetch and go on walks after the workday at night. We may have to be out of the home for a few hours. We prefer to have dogs in their crate if we need to leave they will also be sleeping in a crate at night. I have a fenced yard and one friendly lab to keep your dog occupied and having fun. In-home visits are possible for dog walking or a quick check-ins. However, this time may be more limited to mornings and evening. I have two cats and two dogs now, all very friendly with people and other animals. I'm experiencing watching friends and family's pets short and long term. I worked at a vet for years, and my wife and I have taken on rescues with health issues as well. My wife and I both work 3 days a week each and opposite days so someone is pretty much always home, unless we are on a trip ourselves. I have a good sized house and fenced yard with two friendly doggos, I have a laundry room that is set up for dogs so if your pup needs his own space we can do that. We have a cat that roams the house, but I can keep dogs and cats separated if needed just let me know ahead of time.

About: I love animals! I've taken care of dogs for 2 years and love every second. I love going on runs with dogs and playing with them. I am willing to do extra accommodations if needed. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to work with your pups! I only work a few hours on the weekends and will always wake up earlier and stay up later if the dog is used to that schedule. I still live with my family, so there is always someone in the house, so the dog isn't alone. When I dogsit, I can walk the dog multiple times a day and fit it into my schedule if I work that weekend. If the dog likes car rides, I take them with me to run some errands so they can get out of the house. I have a large unfenced yard, so I will monitor your dog when they are out there. There are four of us in my house, and we have no kids. I have a gate to my upstairs level since it's carpet, but my first floor is spacious, so your dog can walk around and lie wherever. I don't have pets of my own, and I only take care of 1 dog at a time. We have a few plants in the living room area, but are willing to move them outside if your dog is prone to playing with them. I have a couch cover, so dogs are free to lie on the couch if they are used to that. I also make sure to walk dogs away from other dogs in case they are prone to aggression when seeing other dogs, and for their safety.

I am attentive and affectionate, know how to read their body language/signals, and patient enough to handle any special needs that have to be met for proper care. I am a stay at home parent, which allows a lot of flexibility. One hand washes another; your pet is cared for, and I'm given motivation to get more exercise! I have a large completely fenced in yard. It is well maintained, and always has shade/water. Your pup or kitty will have free run of my 1500 Sq ft house (another 1500 Sq ft in an unfinished basement I keep the door closed to unless supervised), including being allowed to come on the furniture/beds, unless you say otherwise. I am 100% caretaker in all that I do. I am a full time homemaker with 2 boys, 7 and 16; with my husband, we are a solid family of 4 that all love animals of every kind. My schedule allows me quite a bit of flexibility to provide a conceirge style level of care, both for you and your pets. I have a completely fenced in yard that is pretty large. I'm very protective of any animal under my care, so I mostly keep them indoors with me until it's time to potty, go on a walk or play in the yard for a bit; in those instances, I keep a close eye, as well as make sure I'm cognizant of the time they've been outdoors/current weather. I am very careful to adhere to any/all instructions given, and if allowed to give treats freely, I only buy the best for my guests. I have 2 kennels if needed, but prefer to have your fur baby cuddle on the couch with me.
