About: I’m a Special Education Teacher who just adores dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I have two dogs of my own, and, until recently, a beautiful cat. I know it can be difficult to leave your pets in the care of others. Rest assured, they will be well taken care of and happy. Since I’m on summer break, my schedule is very flexible during the months of July and August. Once school is in session, I will be available most weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats(only a couple) since I was a kid. My friends, family, and nanny families knew they had someone they could trust to take care of and love their fur baby like it was mine. I have lived with a dog my entire life-all rescues(Golden Retriever, Pitty Mixes, King Charles Spaniel, Rotty Mix, Lab Mixes, Great Dane…) Our current fur baby Midnight is a senior Lab Pitty mix. I have experience caring for puppies to seniors. I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, bathing, walking, cleaning up after, and transporting your dog. I have less experience with cats, but have house sat several cats-making sure to follow their feeding schedule and cleaning out their litter box. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I worked with children 6 weeks to 5 years old for over 12 years. Which means I have lots of patience, love, and understanding. I have been lucky to be able to stay home with our daughter the last five years. But I am ready to make my way back into part-time work. I believes pets are our family and I will treat yours like mine. It would be a honor to help care for and love on them. I am currently a stay at home mom. My daughter is in preschool three days a week and starting kindergarten in the fall. So I have flexibility in my schedule. I also have been dog sitting and walking for numerous neighbors and friends in the area. I work during the day a full-time job. I am available early in the morning and after 4:00pm during the week.
