About: I have been walking and caring for my own personal animals - 2 dogs, cat, bird, hamsters since I was 5 years old. I also have been dog sitting and walking for numerous neighbors and friends in the area. I work during the day a full-time job. I am available early in the morning and after 4:00pm during the week. I am available on the weekends anytime of the day. I have a fenced in backyard that my 4 year old Brittany Spaniel, Maggie loves to run around and play ball. It is completely fenced in so she can't get out. I love to be outside playing with my dog and bring her on 3+ walks a day around town and at the local park.

About: I’m a Special Education Teacher who just adores dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I have two dogs of my own, and, until recently, a beautiful cat. I know it can be difficult to leave your pets in the care of others. Rest assured, they will be well taken care of and happy. Since I’m on summer break, my schedule is very flexible during the months of July and August. Once school is in session, I will be available most weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays. I have two dogs of my own, so I would not be available to board or pet sit overnight. I am available for walks, drop in visits, day visits, meal times throughout the day. I would be respectful of your home and loving and attentive towards your pet.

About: Pets have always been a big part of my life. Dogs are deeply important to me as I see them for the intelligent emotional beings they are. They deserve all the love, attention, and nourishment from us and that is what I strive to provide. You can be assured that your pet will be treated positively and cared for preciously. Every pet in my care is treated with love like my very own fur baby. I enjoy learning about every animal's personality and quirks. I have house-trained multiple puppies. I have cared for my senior rescue pet, PearlJam, who had medical concerns for over 4 years (deaf, vision loss, lung diseases). I currently have a 5yr old Golden-doodle, Pretzel, who loves making new friends. I work from home and I am generally available all day to be with pets. I enjoy daily walks and/or jogs with a pet that benefits from the activity. For the lovey-dovey pets, they are most welcome to accompany me right on my lap or in a cozy bed next to my desk as I work. My home will be just like a home away from home for your pet. I will stick to your plans for your pet and try to go above expectations over the time you trust me with your furbaby.

About: Hey Pet Parents! My name is Shea and I’m super glad you’re considering me to watch your fur babies while you’re away! I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember and I’ve been pet sitting for quite some time now. I myself have a 6 year old Australian Cattle Dog and a Green Cheek Conure. I also used to have a flock of chickens, so I’m well-equipped for any feathered friends you have! I’ve also had experience working in a pet grooming salon, where I gained extensive knowledge on signs of stress in animals as well as first-aid. I understand all pets have different needs and I’m able to take the time to get to know them and adapt to help them feel safe while you’re away! Nobody is more prepared than I am to care for your little buddies! My schedule is very flexible. I pet sit full-time and I keep my Rover schedule up to date daily! That being said, I do only accept bookings after doing a meet and greet to ensure all parties (especially your pets!) feel as comfortable as possible during the booking. I will follow any instructions left for me about your pet closely! Please let me know of any specific parts of their routine you would like me to continue during our booking. I’m here to make your pet (and you!) feel as stress-free as possible. I also understand your privacy is important, I’ll do everything in my power to make you feel safe to welcome me in your home while you’re away :)

About: I have grown up with dogs and I have trained my grandmas dog before and I took a vet tech class and learned about training dogs as well I am currently working part time at stop and shop but I always have one or two days off and am free to spend overnights at your home:) I have a fenced in backyard and lots of toys in my backyard and have two wonderful fur babies of my own in my home their names are Lola and Harry

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, and I care deeply about making sure animals in my care have a clean, safe environment where they can be happy & healthy! My pets are truly family members, and I know that others’ pets are the same for them. I’ve had experience dog-sitting for friends and family. I also have experience with medically complex pets, which included caring for them post-surgery, and administering medications for their entire lifetime. I’m very good at following instructions, and absolutely love being with any pet! I’m a teacher who doesn’t work in the summer. Until July 26th, I’m in a musical production and will have rehearsals from 5-9 Mon-Thurs in Ellington (with shows 7/17 & 7/24 at night and shows 7/18-19 & 7/25-26 in the early afternoon), but that is currently the only regular thing I am doing! I am experienced working with animals and know how to read their body language to determine what they may need or how they’re feeling. I’m experienced in attending to the needs of my own pets, and I am also very good at following directions left for me!

About: I have an indoor orange cat which I adore. I have had several large dogs-german shepherds are my favorite! I can house sit and take care of your cats or one dog when you're away. I have volunteered at animal shelters. One was a cat shelter where I fed and cleaned cages and gave the kitties some play time, the other was walking pitbull dogs at the shelter. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I am used to recognizing and responding to their needs and treating them with the utmost care and affection. I have experience with walking my own dogs, one of which was a large dog and the other is small, so I know what to expect when walking a dog of any size. I also know to be very vigilant while on dog walks and to be cautious of other dogs, when I take my own dogs on walks I avoid any interaction between them and other dogs we may see on our route because you just never know the temperament of another persons dog. I am a college student currently on summer break so my schedule is very open, which means I have ample time to help your pups get their steps in! I am available Monday-Friday from 11am- 3pm to take your furry friends on walks. I will care for your fur baby like my own during our walks. I am extremely attentive and will keep your pup from eating random things on the ground, keep them away from cars and anything else that could pose as danger.

About: I am an elementary physical education teacher who plays a lot of sports and loves to hang out with friends and family. I love playing and taking care of dogs. When I was younger I first started to dog sit for a few friends when they go out of town for the week/weekend, but now I enjoy giving all of my free time an attention to dogs. I love to run with dogs and play with them in the yard or at parks and see the smile on their face when they are playing with their toys! About: I have done both walking and house sitting for family and neighbors for five years, and have worked with and am comfortable handling both large and small dogs. I grew up owning dogs, including a shitzu mix, a poodle mix, and a shelter girl of unknown breed. While all but one of the dogs I have owned were under 20 pounds, most of my history in pet sitting has been with has been with dogs in the 30-70 pound range, including labs, huskies, and a pit bull mix as my most frequent clients. I have experience with owning a fear reactive dog, but my comfort with taking care of them will be on a case by case basis. I also have experience with training young dogs for crating, potty training, and leash training I am currently exclusively self employed and have a flexible schedule with my income sources, so I am available most days and times of the week At this time I am only able to provide care in my clients home, I am unable to provide boarding due to limited space in my house I will work with owners to maintain your pets normal schedule, including feeding and walks. I am comfortable crating and using alternate feeders or feeding styles as needed Dogs will never be outside unattended, and will be kept on leash or in fenced in yards unless the owner specifically requests that I do otherwise. Cats will not be taken outside for any reason unless requested by owners. All animals will receive a significant amount of play and/or pet time during each visit, assuming the animal is comfortable with and enjoying it For drop ins, I will provide at least one update per visit including pictures. For continuous house sitting, as my standard I will provide at least three updates per day (morning, mid day, and afternoon/evening) with at least one photo per update. If you would like more or less updates, just let me know and I am fully willing to work with you to get you the amount of contact desired

“Paul is a wonderful addition to my dog’s routine! I was scrambling to figure out what to do on my 12 hour days with my newly adopted rescue female pit mix when classes started this Fall. After reviewing a few profiles, Paul’s really stuck out as someone with both passion and genuine knowledge about dogs/dog behavior. I asked him to come meet my dog before we officially booked to ensure that she reacted well to him. Within the first few minutes, my dog was on her back requesting belly rubs. Needless to say, they hit it off! I feel very comfortable with Paul and SO pleased with how happy my dog looks in the pictures I get from their weekly walks. Even when she refuses to go outside in the rain, he spends time hanging out with her so she still gets some attention. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I’m sure my dog would 100% agree!”
