I am a pet lover working from home who loves the company and snuggles. My kids are crazy about dogs and love them dearly also. About: I have been walking and caring for my own personal animals - 2 dogs, cat, bird, hamsters since I was 5 years old. I also have been dog sitting and walking for numerous neighbors and friends in the area. I work during the day a full-time job. I am available early in the morning and after 4:00pm during the week. I am available on the weekends anytime of the day. I have a fenced in backyard that my 4 year old Brittany Spaniel, Maggie loves to run around and play ball. It is completely fenced in so she can't get out. I love to be outside playing with my dog and bring her on 3+ walks a day around town and at the local park.

About: I have had medium/large dogs for most of my life. I have taken care of a 35lb Australian Cattle dog as well as 2 pit bulls between 55-70lbs. I've also dog-sat a dog under 10lbs and walked dogs who were 140lbs. I've also worked in home with families who had cats ranging in size and demeanor. I work full time which is why I can only do sitting on weekends. I am looking to do more hobbies and this seems like something fun for me to add. I care for my dog Zelda who's partially blind so I have an awareness for disabled pups. That is also the reason I cannot board dogs in my home. I would likely spend a large portion of my day with the dog I'm taking care of, giving them some kind of walk during the day and making sure to lock up each time I leave the home. I would make sure they are fed on time and receive the same kind of loving care I give my dogs at home.

We highly recommend Mary Elizabeth! Our sweet, elder dog was comfortable and happy in her care. Marybeth took the time to get to know our dog prior to their first visit. She wrote things down and was communicative and responsive. Marybeth is trustworthy and although we don’t want to share her, we know she will do the same for your sweet pet!
Deborah was amazing and took fantastic care of my cats. It was such a relief to know that they were well taken care of while I was away and she went above and beyond not only with them but with other areas around the house as well. She was great at keeping in touch and providing photos. I felt safe leaving my fur babies with her and would 1000% recommend.
I cannot recommend Wen enough. My husband and I were gone for a few days, and Wen came in twice a day to feed our 2 cats. He fed them and played with them and sent photos of them looking very content. He cleaned the litter box and he did some additional chores around the house. He even encountered an unexpected crisis and he was able to avert that without a problem. We missed them terribly, but we were comforted by the fact that Wen was taking such good care of them.
Anna is absolutely amazing! I was so nervous to hire a “stranger” last minute for my trip but Anna made everything soooo stress free!!! She took perfect care of my pup, sent daily updates & was easily accessible via message! Anna is the best of the best!! ♥️♥️ so happy she is no longer a stranger !

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
