About: I’ve had dogs in my home for as long as I can remember and have years of hands-on experience with their daily care. I currently walk my dog multiple times a day and am committed to providing reliable, attentive care for every pet. I currently work from home and am able to take dog walk breaks and potty breaks throughout the day. I live within 5 minutes of multiple dog friendly trails and parks. My weekends are spent at home so I rarely leave the house as well. I have a large yard and also live nearby a park with a fenced in dog area that allows for safe and fun dog play.My dog gets along with dog of all types so safety is not an issue. I only host one dog at a time (unlike many petsitters), so your pup will be treated like family and get my full attention (and all the belly rubs they deserve). I specialize in anxious pups who do not like being with other dogs and do not like being alone - I keep my pup clients as close as they like and give them as much attention as they prefer. About: I have done both walking and house sitting for five years, and have worked with and am comfortable handling both large and small dogs. I grew up owning dogs, including a shitzu mix, a poodle mix, and a shelter girl of unknown exact breed but some sort of terrier mix (mom was a JRT). While all but one of the dogs I have owned were under 20 pounds, most of my history in pet sitting has been with has been with dogs in the 30-70 pound range, including labs, huskies, and a pit bull mix as my most frequent clients. I have experience with owning a fear reactive dog, but my comfort with taking care of them will be on a case by case basis. I also have experience with training young dogs for crating, potty training, and leash training I am currently exclusively self employed and have a flexible schedule with my income sources, so I am available most days and times of the week At this time I am only able to provide care in my clients home, I am unable to provide boarding due to limited space in my house I will work with owners to maintain your pets normal schedule, including feeding and walks. I am comfortable crating and using alternate feeders or feeding styles as needed Dogs will never be outside unattended, and will be kept on leash or in fenced in yards unless the owner specifically requests that I do otherwise. Cats will not be taken outside for any reason unless requested by owners. All animals will receive a significant amount of play and/or pet time during each visit, assuming the animal is comfortable with and enjoying it For drop ins, I will provide at least one update per visit including pictures. For continuous house sitting, as my standard I will provide at least three updates per day (morning, mid day, and afternoon/evening) with at least one photo per update. About: All my life I’ve had a variety of different animals all including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, etc. You name it, I have owned it. In some time spans all at the same time. I would love to take all this experience that I was fortunate enough to obtain throughout the years and bring it to your home! I am currently enrolled at the Western New England University. At the time being as I am on summer break I am looking for something to do to take up all this newly acquired time. As well as make some extra money to go towards my tuitions. About: I've loved and cared for dogs for most of my life, and currently have a Chihuahua mix named Chico and a cat named Frankie. “I needed a last minute boarding for my dog Enzo, as my family and I were going out of town. I found sandra on rover and she was available. We met the morning we drop of our dog Enzo. Sandra’s pleasant personality and lovely home gave me a sense of comfort and that my dog Enzo was gonna be good taken care of. she took really good care of Enzo, sent me pictures and video and I knew Enzo was confortable and happy . “Lindsey was wonderful with our floof. We were in town for a graduation ceremony and our pup needed a place to stay overnight and sit out the festivities. She was clearly well-cared for and even got to sleep in a bed! We weren’t sure about the pick-up time since we weren’t sure when the event would end, and we found Lindsey to be very communicative and flexible in working that out. Her back yard set-up was great for our pooch, and we heartily recommend her.”
