About: I will care and love for your dog just as much as you do. I've done occasional dog sitting over the last couple of years, and I always have such a great time with the dogs that I care for. I'm often called a dog whisperer because most dogs just gravitate towards me. I am unable to have a dog of my own at the moment so having the opportunity to care for yours would be amazing. I love the pureness, and sincerity of a dog's character. I understand that your pet is family, and I will always treat them as such, their care is of the utmost importance to me. (However ,for the time being I can provide part-time care for your loved one )

“Spirit was very responsive and able to take on a walk for both my dogs last minute! One of my pups can be really shy but Spirit was great with her. Would recommend and definitely book again!”

“Laura takes amazing care of my pups. I have one dog who doesn’t like strangers and barks at everything and another dog who has anxiety. She does great with them and is very patient with both. She always communicates and is very dependable. I highly recommend her services!”

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience and calm, confident approach to pet care. I grew up caring for a German Shepherd and, starting at 16, three bulldogs—so I’m comfortable with big personalities, strong breeds, and all the drool that comes with them! I’ve also dog-sat for friends and taken their pups on regular walks, including those with anxiety or special routines. I’m patient, observant, and always make sure pets feel safe and loved while their humans are away. Whether your dog needs a running buddy, your senior cat needs a quiet companion, or your anxious pup just needs someone who understands—I’m here. I’m a morning person with a flexible schedule. Avid runner so can work with high energy dogs. I’m also available for evening walks and check-ins—perfect for pets with routines or extra energy. I’m able to provide more schedule details. I prioritize comfort, safety, and trust. I take time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine—whether that’s quiet companionship for cats or daily walks and play for dogs. On walks, I stay alert and avoid unfamiliar dogs unless I have permission to interact, always keeping your pet’s safety first. For cats, I create a calm, low-stress environment, keep their space tidy, and respect their boundaries.

About: I have 6 years of pet care experience including experience with anxious dogs and dogs needing some additional time to warm up to new humans. I currently have a border collie that’s 4 years old so I’m also used to caring for higher energy dogs who need a little more. I love taking dogs on hikes around the bay if that is something your pup is into or to the local park. I also have experience with older and small dogs that require a calmer environment. I hold a graduate degree in psychology and have spent time studying pet behavior and body language and will be happy to apply my skills to your pup and am alway happy to continue reinforcing specific behaviors you are working on with your pup I currently do pet care full time so I will be available all day to care for your pup and can cater my schedules to the specific need of your pup wile I care for them My home is on the first floor with a small fully fenced yard and doggy door (which I can also block is that is your preference) but I find that dogs often find it helps to be able to come in and out. The yard and off the street and has 6ft fence so your pup will be safe. I live alone with my pup so no one else will be in the home

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small pets my whole life, handling feeding, walks, grooming, and medication with patience and attentiveness. I understand different pet behaviors and needs, and always prioritize their comfort and safety. Caring for pets naturally fits into my daily and weekly routine by adding structure and meaningful breaks throughout my day. Taking dogs for walks or visiting cats gives me a chance to get outside, stay active, and practice responsibility while providing the consistent care that pets need. Each week, I plan my schedule around regular visits or walks, ensuring I balance pet care with other commitments like work or school. This routine helps me stay organized and brings joy by helping animals stay happy and healthy. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. Whether the pet is at my home or the client’s, I make sure to create a calm and secure environment where they feel comfortable and loved. I follow all the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding, exercise, and medication schedules, and I’m attentive to any signs of stress or discomfort. I keep the space clean and safe by removing hazards and monitoring pets closely during play and rest. Building trust with both pets and their owners is important to me, so I communicate regularly with updates and photos to give peace of mind.

“Anna is one of the few people I totally trust with our BC mix Ava. Our pup is reactive to other dogs and generally quite shy, and Anna is incredibly patient and understanding with her. Anna has a very calm, gentle and assured demeanor that has such a calming effect on our pup, and even takes care to work with her reactivity on walks and report back. I get excited when it’s time for Ava’s walks, knowing what a good time she’s in for. Cannot recommend Anna enough, your pup is in experienced and loving hands!”

“Mary did an amazing job. I have a pet cam and saw how happy they were to see her. They rarely get off the couch for me. She sent photos every walk and they looked great.”

Fanuel H.
“Fanuel grew up around animals so taking care of pets just comes naturally to him. I remember bringing my dog over for a weekend while I was moving and by the end of it my dog didn’t even want to leave. He has this calm energy that animals seem to respond to right away. He’s also super responsible and keeps everything clean and in order. Whether it’s a hyper dog or a shy cat he knows how to handle them with patience and care. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter.”

Longfellow dog parents share their Rover experiences
Hilary is very easy to work with and has great and prompt communication. She was able to gain some trust of my sensitive and shy dog in only a couple meetings. She's good at reading the situation and taking the time needed to build a connection with her, even staying a little longer to make sure it was smooth for my pup and her needs were met. Would definitely have her walk my pupper again.

We love Cam. Most reliable, and kindest dog walker/sitter on the planet. Definitely do not hestittate to book with him. Extremely professional, adaptive, kind/considerate, honest, flexible person I’ve encountered. Grateful that he has extended his care to Gordo, Gordo loves him. Wonderful with animals and very mindful.

Inertia was a lifesaver! She swooped in when our usual walker had to go out of town unexpectedly and made it so easy and stress free to make sure my dog was taken care of, including giving medications. She went above and beyond spoiling our guy and I will definitely reach out to her again in the future.
