About: Hi, all! My name is Sophie and I am a pre-veterinary student at the University of Kentucky. I have been working at an animal hospital for the past (almost) four years! I am more than comfortable to care for any domestic species of any age and/or size! The animal hospital I am employed at works with all animal, from dogs and cats to snakes and birds! I am responsible for medicating these animals, as well as making their unfortunate stay with us as comfortable as possible. I am the biggest animal lover you will meet, and have one priority: to make them my best friend! My schedule will be foggy in some areas, but I am almost always free in the early mornings as well as the night times, lining up with most times animals might need care. I have multiple years of service expanding outside of just my veterinary work. I offer pop-ins, walking services, as well as overnight stays. I am more than willing for your friends to stay with me, if needed. I also have done farm stays and tended to livestock animals. Again, if you would reach out with a service you might need, I am almost more than sure I can provide!

About: I've lived in a cat household for 17 years and have loved every second of it! I also have experience doing drop-ins, walks, and overnights with dogs ranging from the puppy stage to senior dogs. I love the snuggles and play time, and would love to help take care of your fur babies whenever needed! I work from home and am flexible and very dependable when needed! I live in south-central Lexington and am 10-15 minutes away from just about everywhere in town. I understand how important it is to ensure the happiness of your fur babies. I will engage your dog or cat in fun playtime that lets them get their energy out, take them on walks (if applicable), and then top it all off with a good meal and plenty of belly rubs to make any furry friend happy!

About: As a Licensed Veterinary Technician with years of experience in emergency care, anesthesia monitoring, and animal handling, I’m highly skilled at recognizing animal behavior and providing safe, compassionate care. I have experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments and treat every pet like my own. I am currently a stay-at-home mom to a 16-year-old son, and as his needs have become more independent, I am looking for part-time work to stay engaged, productive, and contribute my skills in a meaningful way. I will provide attentive, reliable in-home care for your pet by maintaining their normal routine, ensuring their safety and comfort, and treating them with the same compassion and respect I would give my own animals.

About: I have had a dog from the time I was 12 until I was 22! I know how to take care of all ages, from puppies to our beloved senior doggies. I’m in search for my new study buddy to keep me company while I do my flash cards! I am currently in medical school, and my class schedule is predictable but flexible. With a low amount of required activities, I am available to spend more time with your babies! I usually study from home, which means we can both keep each-other company :) I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting. About: Since I was 15, I have taken care of neighbors pets and my own! I have had chickens, fish, hamsters, dogs, and currently have a cat of my own! I work two other jobs so I will need to know in advanced when I’m needed! I should be available most days depending on times! About: Pets have been a part of my life since before i can remember. In childhood, we always had a Dog and Cat in the home, and now as an adult my cat Luna is my everything. Cats are definitely my specialty (I’ve been obsessed with them since I was 6), but whatever furry (or sometimes not) friend you have, I believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice their happiness for someone else to watch them. Pet sitting is more than just filling a food bowl. It’s meeting every pet’s specific energy, upkeep, and dietary needs. Im experienced working with picky eaters and more than open to more complex diets or the risk of cleaning up a little throw up, comfortable taking both dogs and cats outside, or just chilling inside to keep anxious babies comfortable. I also have experience administering daily medication for kitties in the past, as well as bathing and grooming both dogs and cats in a pinch. Overall, I want your babies to get the same love they get with you around, because every animal deserves that quality of care. Look forward to working with you and them both! Pet care takes a lot of time depending on an animal’s needs and im willing to provide them that time I am a very thorough person when it comes to care whether in the home or outside. I know what to avoid in terms or hazards and what behaviors to look out for to determine needs. In the home, i will make sure to always be aware of your pet (even if that means laying on the floor while they hide under the couch) and outside i will keep to safe areas and avoid anything that might be hazards (and always be ready with doggy bags, of course).

About: We've owned and cared for dogs for over 35 years. Our first dogs were a Lab and a Golden Retriever then a Pug and a Puggle and now the parents of a Lab/Husky mix. We provide loving care with plenty of exercise in our non-smoking, fenced home. We live one block from Jacobson Park and its wonderful dog parks so rest assured your fur baby will receive plenty of attention, exercise, fun and love during its stay. I work from home and my spouse is a stay at home spouse, so we are available to provide constant care, exercise, play time and supervision for your fur baby. Whether is romping in the fenced yard or walks to the dog park, your furry friend will enjoy being part of the pack with our dog. Our fenced yard and quiet cul de sac on a golf course and located a block from 2 dog parks is a great place for your dog to stretch its legs and play to its heart's desire. During warmer times, we'll also spend a lot of time relaxing with your pet in our screened in deck in the back yard with access to our fenced in yard.

About: I have been an animal lover all my life and have been the fur-daddy to several cats, two dogs and a budgie! I've also house sat and watched after friends and roommates' dogs while they vacationed for long stays. I'm a remote IT worker who can do my job from anywhere that I can bring my laptop, so I will be able to give your pet a lot of personal cuddle time, walks and all the attention they need! About: I have been dog sitting 5 families for 3 years! All which have multiple different breeds-cavapoo, golden retrievers, French Boston terrier, black lab, I have never met a dog I didn’t love! And where they didn’t love me as well! Having a cockapoo myself has made me love and care for dogs even more! I have my own dog named George who’s a cockapoo and his routine fits right into my routine. Having George has made it much easier to connect and understand other dogs. When I take care of a dog, their routine becomes a major part of my own. For the past couple months, dog sitting has been a weekly routine for me so I am used to anything dog owners need me for. I have a dog friendly cockapoo to which I feed two times a day, walk three times a day, play with and cuddle with every single day! This routine has made its way into most of my routines with other dogs as well as any other accommodations they like!
