About: I have had animals in the house my entire life. I have always had at least four growing up to sometimes six ranging from cats, dogs and guinea pigs. I currently have a cat of my own here at college who i adore. I am a college student at ETSU. This summer I am spending it in Kentucky where I do work part-time. Schedule does vary but I can make sure your animal is fit in and taken care of properly. I have a cat who has her own litter box, fun little toys, food that she loves, and always my company. With other people’s animals I consider myself to be very caring and loving towards them.

About: I've lived in a cat household for 17 years and have loved every second of it! I also have experience doing drop-ins, walks, and overnights with dogs ranging from the puppy stage to senior dogs. I'm currently working part-time and work no later than 4 PM, so I am quite flexible and very dependable when needed! I live in south-central Lexington and am 10-15 minutes away from just about everywhere in town. I understand how important it is to ensure the happiness of your fur babies. My house has a large back yard that’s perfect for dogs to play and run around in! It’s not fenced in but I’m very active and am happy to run around with your dog on a leash! We have one dog at our house who is smaller, but gets along and plays with other dogs very well. My dog gets excited and barks when he sees other dogs, but will calm down after a couple of minutes. My family and I are all pet lovers and they have had a lot of experience with pets as well. I also go on run and walks daily and would be happy to take your dog or pet along with me!

About: I've had both dogs and cats. My dog was an 80 pound malamute (the runt of her litter) that I used to walk around my neighborhood--though most of the dogs I have cared for have been much smaller. In the past, I have adopted cats from my friends and taken in a neighbor's cat. I have cared for the pets of my friends and neighbors for work, travel, and illness. I'm retired. I enjoy reading and gardening. I occasionally go out some evenings but otherwise I have plenty of time flexibility for pet sitting. To care for pets in a client's home, I would want to meet with the client and their pet before an assignment. This would be helpful to know the client's expectations and to get acquainted with and build trust with the pet(s). I own a home where I have cared for my friend's pets during emergencies.

About: I love all animals! I worked part-time for a locally owned dog/cat sitting service and gained lots of experience working with animals of all ages and sizes. I have somewhat of a busy schedule with both school and work, but I am very flexible for the most part and am willing to work with clients regarding scheduling. About: I’ve had the privilege of growing up with dogs since the age of 10. I’ve never lived in a house without 1-2 dogs. It’s always been a priority of mine to take my dog on at least a 2 mile walk a day if not longer. I have pet sat for families in the past and fostered a puppy in college. Come July I start school T,TH,F from roughly 9-4:30. Otherwise I will be working my PRN job whenever they are in need and I’m available. Over the past 12-14 years I’ve grown up with dogs living in my household. I currently have one medium sized dog, Nala, whom I recused about 5 years ago. She’s a velcro dog and the sweetest they come. She was 5 months old when we adopted her and it’s always been a priority to enforce socialization from day one. When she was almost the age of 2 we bought a German Shepard, Bo, at 8weeks old who she has grown up and lived with over the past 4 years. Regardless of who they are around we make sure to properly introduce everyone who is welcomed into their/our space. After moving to Lexington Nala moved with me as Bo stayed back home. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to run and play. Nala likes to keep to herself most of the time, but highly enjoys walks, treats, and toys.

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was 8 years old. I’m comfortable with all breeds, including Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds. I was raised alongside a Pitbull Terrier mix, and later went on to adopt a full blooded Pitbull. Our family had a Boxer mix for 13 years until recently, and she was in very good shape up until the end. I would love to care for your pets as I have cared for mine! When I still had my dogs, I would feed them three times a day and give them medicine up to five times a day. If they had a little too much energy, I would play with them until they were tired out. I would let them outside as often as they needed, even if they just wanted to lay out there (when the weather is nice, of course). I cared for my dogs by paying attention to their body language and vocalizations. Often times, what they needed is something simple, like to go outside or when they were ready to eat, but on rare occasions they’d act a little unusual and that was when I’d take them into the vet’s office. I always made sure my dogs were in the best health possible.
