About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy. I am available around the clock to play, walk, teach.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10. I have been a dog walker for my family, who has always had 3-4 large dogs. I have taken hundreds of beach walks/neighborhood walks with my own dogs and neighbors dogs that I have been asked to watch. I currently work remote and have time to stay with the dog for longer periods of time, I love taking long walks especially. I have more time on weekdays as I take frequent walks, I often leave town on the weekends or am out of the house. I have a yard, but it is not fenced. Your pup will be in great hands with Ryan! We loved seeing updates throughout the day of our dog having fun with other dogs in the backyard. It was also great to know there are multiple outdoor and indoor areas if the dogs needed space from each other. We were relaxed because we knew she was being well cared for and she came home happy and tired after a big day of fun.

This was my first time using rover and leaving my dog for day sitting. Last minute our sitter couldn’t watch our dog, so we brought her with us on our trip to Santa Barbara. We wanted to explore, but did not want to leave her in a motel room, so we looked for a doggie daycare. Honey was responsive and took our dog in last minute. Even on a holiday weekend. I was nervous about my dog having anxiety, but Honey was very friendly and communicated throughout the day to keep me posted about my dog’s day. She is excellent with animals and has a kind nature that dogs can sense. My dog was comfortable and she even got her to eat! Which is something my dog does not do when she’s away from home. I’m so grateful for Vivian & Taylor helping me out with Max. And it was a huge plus that my dog got to have a play date with Daisy! Communication was easy and clear. I had to make a last minute modification in my schedule & they were accommodating. They asked if Max had any special medical needs & let me see their home & backyard. I loved the updates—they sent photos & videos and I could tell Max was truly having a blast. I would highly recommend & would definitely book again!

Joshua is super friendly and even offered us tips on what to do in Santa Barbara, and which restaurants were dog friendly. He was very good with our dog Cocoa, and I don't think she even noticed that we were gone! We really appreciated Joshua's flexibility in terms of timing for the doggy daycare and would use him again if we were back in Santa Barbara.
