About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy. About: Lifelong dog lover who grew up training and caring for them. My partner and I have fostered dogs over the past few years and love caring for all sizes and personalities. When your pup stays with me, they’ll be treated like family and receive the same love, attention, and care I’d give my own dog. I currently have no other pets so your pup will get my full attention while you’re away! I currently work during the week as a registered nurse from 7am-5pm. My partner works from home and is available throughout the day. We love to be active and get out of the house daily for walks. I recognize meeting new people can be stressful for many dogs. I make sure to take time to get to know a dogs personality with the first interaction and give them time to adjust to a new and unfamiliar person/environment.

I have been a dog owner all my life but when my last dog Nates, the absolute best dog in the world my children and I rescued from the animal shelter, left the planet for dog heaven, I couldn’t bring myself to get another and my children were all grown so I very much enjoy taking care of other’s pets.

“This was my first time using rover and leaving my dog for day sitting. Last minute our sitter couldn’t watch our dog, so we brought her with us on our trip to Santa Barbara. We wanted to explore, but did not want to leave her in a motel room, so we looked for a doggie daycare. Honey was responsive and took our dog in last minute. Even on a holiday weekend. I was nervous about my dog having anxiety, but Honey was very friendly and communicated throughout the day to keep me posted about my dog’s day. She is excellent with animals and has a kind nature that dogs can sense. My dog was comfortable and she even got her to eat! Which is something my dog does not do when she’s away from home. About: My first friend and best friend was a sweet as pie cockapoo named Pinky. I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and currently share my life with a beautiful, sweet, and athletic pitbull mix named Jackie. For the next two weeks, I’m available for walks and drop-in visits in the mornings before 11 AM and evenings after 5 PM. Beginning in July, I’ll have open availability and a flexible schedule. I always prioritize a pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. In a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, potty breaks, and any house rules. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection while maintaining the routines they’re familiar with.
About: Although I don’t have any formal dog experience, I have grown up around dogs all my life. I have experience house/dog sitting for my friends and neighbors in high-school, and even more experience taking care of my families big dogs. Further, I have some experience taking care of senior dogs, as my late Akita spent nearly 5 years on intensive medication. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks, going to the dog park, and making life good in the safety of their own homes. I’m a student at Santa Barbara City College, but my flexible schedule allows me to spend plenty of time with your animals! I have at least 2-4 hours a day available to spend playing with, walking, or otherwise taking care of your babies. I prioritize pet safety in my care. I listen carefully to your rules about where the animal is/isn’t allowed to go, and can provide intensive support for your animals. I make sure to spend time building trust with the animal using treats or soothing methods upon meeting them, so that they feel safe and comfortable around me.
About: I used to walk and take care of my neighbors dog while also in school I would take her on hour long walks and then hangout with the dog until her owner was off work we both didn’t wanna leave the poor puppy home alone!! Every day I walk my little dog around the neighborhood or at sbcc he’s 18 so it’s harder to take him on long walks but I’d love to go on long walks my neighbors dog until she moved away. I’m not sure if I can keep another dog with me unless they are able to get along with my dog but I can house sit and stay with the dog or come every day to check on dog and hangout
About: I have always had pets of my own, and began caring for other peoples' pets while I was in high school. I have taken care of all kinds of animals with a variety of needs. I strive to go above & beyond what is expected while caring for your beloved companions. My goal is to make them as comfortable and happy as possible when their people are away. When I commit to do something, I do it throughly & full heartedly. I am lucky to have a flexible schedule, which enables me to provide care for pets at just about any time needed. Caring for my own pets is integrated into my daily schedule so integrating additional pets comes very naturally. I'm happy to travel to the location your pet feels most comfortable, as well as providing pet taxi/transport. I do have a small fenced backyard, but I prefer not to board pets overnight in my own home. I am experienced and happy to pet/house sit during your work trip or vacation. I’m very neat and can ensure you'll return to a clean home.

About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy. I am available around the clock to play, walk, teach.
