About: I am available over Labor day weekend. I took care of my childhood animals since I was 10. As a teenager a would walk the neighbors dogs and care for their cats and dogs while they went on vacation. As an adult I have had many dogs and cats and a hermit crab called Spidey. I have cared for Animals from puppy/kittyhood to geriatric age. I am retired and when you book me for a house sitting know that I will stay with your fur baby from the time you leave until the time you return.I have been with some animals as pass over the rainbow bridge and have comforted the fur parent. I have administered medicine including insulin to animals. Having a nursing background helps with giving meds. I am a retired RN. I am reliable and caring. Your dogs will have plenty of play time ,nice walks and lots of cuddles. If your cat is anything like mine they will let you know when they are done playing I have a large fenced in yard. Simara enjoys running and playing keep away with her orange football. Obi likes to walk the perimeter. If the owner does not have a yard I will bring the dog to my house to run the fenced yard. I keep my dogs inside just incase my clients animal dose not do well with other animals. In the summer I fill up the baby pool and the dogs romp around in it to cool off

About: Growing up, my family always had cats and dogs, and I cherished every moment spent caring for them. Over my life I’ve cared for a variety of small pets, including guinea pigs, gerbils, degus, hamsters, freshwater fish, and turtles. I’ve personally raised cats, dogs, and guinea pigs of my own. I've been hired by friends, family, and friends of friends and family to care for dogs as drop-ins, over night stays, and boarding in my home (although I cannot offer boarding right now). Currently, I have a Pomeranian named Bonbon that I raised from a puppy, giving me valuable experience in training and care and motivation to continue learning about dog behavior and understanding their needs, which helps me create a safe and loving environment for pets of all ages. I take special care to follow any dietary or health needs your pets may have. With my background and passion for animals, you can trust that your pets will be in caring and capable hands! I work remotely with a pretty flexible schedule and daily work routine - which allows me to step away and do walks, potty breaks, feeding pretty frequently. Depending on the type of care, I would typically need at least 3 to 7 days notice, but don't hesitate to ask if you're in a pinch. I cannot care for pets in my home at this time, but I have experience staying with pets at their homes for up to two weeks. I prioritize following the instructions provided by pet owners and always ask clarifying questions to ensure I understand their needs—communication is key for me, as I prefer not to make assumptions. In emergencies, I remain calm and focused, ensuring the safety and well-being of the pets. Additionally, I respect the owner's home, treating it better than if it were my own.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was in college, providing care mostly to dogs and cats, including dog walks, playtime, administering medicine and medical care (including daily shots) to both dogs and cats. Friends and acquaintances have relied on me to care for their pets for up to six months at a time. I work from home and have a fairly open schedule so I’m available to stay in your home or visit your home and pets during the day and can keep them company during the workday as well as on the weekends. About: I have had a dog in my family since I was a toddler. In my life, my family has had one Golden Retriever, and 6 Pomeranians. We rescued 3 of these pups! And all at one time, we had 4 Pomeranians - making me have to really help out with training and dog care. My family has always been passionate about animals, specifically dogs. We emphasize the importance of taking care of a pet as if it’s a family member. I grew up helping take care of them: Training, walks, runs, bike rides, meals, hiking, car rides, cuddles, brushing, baths, vet appointments. Additionally, I always ensure my rescue dogs feel comfortable in their new home. Naturally, all dogs are easily comfortable with me. I always drive hours home just to spend time with my fur babies with my parents. Once I learned about this app, I instantly downloaded it. I’m so excited to spend my free time doing something that makes me happy! I currently work full-time in lansing from 8:30am-5pm M-F. I love animals and have extra time so I would like to make additional income! I am available after work or on weekends as long as I get enough notice. I will be sure to spend time with the pet when I’m taking care of it. I will go on walks, go outside, and play with the pet. My apartment complex has a a lot of trails to walk pets. I will do whatever the pet owner asks from me and ensure the pet has my attention while I’m with them.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, whether it’s within my own family or taking care of a friend’s pet. I’m very attentive to what your dog needs, from food preferences, walks, playtime, and every other part of their routines. Need me to pretend your dog’s food is “fresh from the oven” so they’ll actually eat it? Been there! Need me to ensure they get to roll in the grass x number of times on their walk? Been there too! I will ensure your dog feels as safe and as close to home as possible when they’re with me, and I’ll provide as many updates as you need! I work from home, so I’ll be with your pet every moment! My general availability is as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 am - 6 pm and after 8:30 pm for overnights Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm and after 7:30 pm for overnights Friday: 8 am - 5 pm I live in an apartment so I don’t have a full yard, but there is easily available outdoor space for potty breaks. Outdoor time and walks is based on your requests! If your dog is comfortable with dog parks, I’m happy to bring them to any of the nearby dog parks for playtime. If you have a pup that needs more space, I know plenty of quiet, shaded spots for walks. In my own home, I’m fine with them on the couch or bed unless that’s something you don’t want them to do - any rules you follow in your own home will be followed at both mine and yours.

About: For years I have been surrounded by animals and taking care of them. I am here to help owners who don’t have the time to give their dogs a walk or even needing pet sitting! Currently this is my only job, I only will be doing sitting or walking during the week. My routine basically depends on the animals and what client's wish me to help with or do during my hours with the animals. I can take care of lizards, dogs, and cats. I always first make sure what allergies or restrictions are needed for the pet at their home. I offer walking and pet sitting. I am also available for late evening check ins after work or midnight walks. I treat my clients how I would want my pets to be taken care of. That means taking the extra time to hang out for a bit and give them some love and pets along with some play time if they’re up for it. Some pets are more playful than others, and every personality is different. I pride myself on catering to each individual and gauging what they want from me. That could vary from giving them personal space to giving them the most pets ever! I take pet parent notes and advice very seriously, and appreciate any insight into how your fur baby thinks. About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs throughout my entire life. I’ve had the blessing of entirely raising a dog a cat and even a snake, from months of age to adulthood and throughout their elder years on my own. I am currently on summer break from school and work full-time as a Behavior Technician in Okemos, MI ! Other than my day-job I have a complete open availability on nights, afternoons and weekends. Plenty of time to smother your fur-baby with love and affection ! I have an upstairs apartment with two cats and a pet snake. There are no stairs inside my apartment so there is easy access for disabled and senior fur-babies. My bedroom and guest room also reside all on the same floor.
