“Kelli was absolutely amazing!! I booked this for my Mom as we were going on a long trip and she was very nervous to have a “stranger” watch her dogs. We book Kelli months ago and during that time we had meet & greets, texted back & forth, and then had a couple walk throughs before the trip. Kelli is a ray of sunshine to talk to and loves the animals. She did a PERFECT job of watching the dogs, fish and chickens! She stayed in touch during the trip, sent pictures and the animals were all safe & sound when we returned. I couldn’t recommend her enough and we will use her going forward for other trips.”

“Brian always takes such good care of puppy. Sometimes puppy needs a bit of extra care and Brian always does whatever he can to help him. He also accommodated us last minute and extended our stay. Highly recommend Brian ☺️”

“Susanne was absolutely outstanding as a dog sitter for my senior Bichon, Grace, who struggles with separation anxiety after our other dog passed away. Her caring, thoughtful and patient approach brought an incredible calm to Grace, and she shared valuable tips to help manage Grace's separation anxiety. I felt completely confident leaving Grace in Suzanne's care-she's a wonderful person with deep knowledge of pet care and a true understanding of their needs. I was so pleased to come home and seen the warm relationship she formed with Grace while I was out :))”

“Jill did a great job with our little princesses as they can be a little “needy”. She arrived when she said she would and provided the ideal level of communication with pictures during her stay. Even left the house cleaner than when she arrived.”

“We are so glad we ended up choosing Katie to watch our furbabies. She was so great with them, kept me updated and sent us photos during her stay! We will definitely be using her as our sitter for future trips!”

“LAURA IS AMAZING! This is the longest we have left our dogs and I was very very nervous. Laura not only did a few drop ins at the last moment while we were there to help ease my mind, but also my dogs LOVED her for the full two weeks she stayed. Laura will stay as our number one Rover sitter. Thank you again.”

“I could go on and on…SO wonderful!!! Alyssa you are truly a gem! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my boys while I was away 6 days. Alyssa stayed in my home throughout the day and night, attending to their individual needs, and making sure they were happy, cared for, and calm. If you are looking for a phenomenal person and dog sitter, look no further! I can’t thank you enough, Alyssa!!!”

“This was our first time using the Rover app and a complete stranger staying in our home and watching our boy, Ivan. Lucie was very prompt with her communication and meet & greet. She sent pictures and updates throughout the day which set our minds at ease. She was a nice house guest - stripped her bed, washed her dishes, and even helped us fix an appliance that had been broken for awhile. We will definitely be using Lucie again.”

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience, problem-solving mindset, and genuine love for animals of all kinds. I worked for three years at Carter’s Canine Condos and Rescues, a boarding facility where I cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I also volunteer at local dog shelters to support adoptions and currently work with All of God’s Animals Ranch and Rescues. I’ve worked with puppies, energetic four-year-olds, and senior dogs with mobility issues. I always take extra care to meet each dog’s specific needs—being gentle with seniors and cautious with curious or excitable pups. I’ve cared for Labradors, Rottweilers, Pitbulls, Shih Tzus, Maltese, Yorkies, Australian Shepherds, Schnauzers, Beagles, hounds, and lots of lovable mixed breeds. I understand that not all dogs are the same. Some are picky eaters, some aren’t food-motivated, and others have very specific routines. I’ve given medication, prepared wet or homemade meals, and learned to calmly retrieve dogs who’ve slipped out, all by reading their behavior and acting with patience and care. On a personal note, I also own a Shih Tzu—he’s basically my son! I’ve been training him myself and he already knows sit, touch, and focus. I love building trust with animals and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I’m reliable, creative, and deeply committed to treating every pet like family. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because it’s something I already do with love and dedication. I have my own Shih Tzu—my little son—so I’m used to structuring my day around walks, feeding, playtime, and attention. I also help care for my sister’s cat and have years of hands-on experience from working in a boarding facility and volunteering at rescues. I’m flexible and adaptable—I work around the pet’s schedule, not the other way around. Whether it’s early mornings, specific medication times, or extra attention for a senior or anxious pet, I always put their needs first. When I make a commitment, I take it seriously. If I promise to care for someone’s pet—even a neighbor’s—I’ll go above and beyond to meet expectations and ensure the animal feels safe, happy, and loved. Responsibility and reliability are very important to me, and I always show up for the pets and people who are counting on me. Right now, I’m focusing on house sitting, and whether I’m in my own home or a client’s, I treat the space with care, cleanliness, and respect. Before any visit, I ask where cleaning supplies are kept and make sure I understand the client’s expectations. During the stay, I always put things back where I found them, stay organized, and leave the home clean and tidy—fur swept up, floors mopped if needed, and everything in its place. Communication is very important to me. I make sure to keep the owner informed, whether it’s letting them know about an accident, how their pet is doing, or if anything unexpected comes up. I want them to feel comfortable knowing exactly what’s going on in their home, even while they’re away. I believe in treating every animal with the same respect I’d give a person. Every pet is unique, so I ask in advance about favorite toys, treats, routines, or any specific concerns. I’m flexible, adaptable, and always do my best to meet their needs while giving them the love and attention they deserve.

“Great experience! Will absolutely use over and over again. Not only were our babies cared for but our house as well. Elizabeth kept in constant communication and sent photos of our babies. We also came home to a clean home and dogs that were actually looking for her. Excellent person to care for your fur babies when you can’t be with them!”

About: When you leave your pet you want to make sure it’s in the best of hands and you have that with us. We’ve trained service dogs and personal dogs and we’ve cared for other people’s pets and our own for years. We also want to insure that your pet is having the best time it possibly can while in our care as we love on and play with it. Our home is large enough to keep our pets separate from yours if need be while also keeping all pets comfortable and happy. I’m a realtor and I make my own schedule so it’s never an issue to provide pets with the level of care they need and to make sure they’re receiving the best possible care. I have a five bedroom home with plenty of space for fur babies to enjoy themselves so on rainy days they can get their exercise indoors, whether it’s tossing the ball, or running around the main rooms like Launch likes to do. I cater to each individual dogs needs, one of my pups is high energy and loves to play “hide and seek” with my daughter and my other is an old lady who often likes to just be picked up and laid on the bed to take a nap.

“Lexi was absolutely fantastic with Ellie! I appreciated Lexi’s attentiveness in getting to know Ellie during our meet and greet that helped ensure they would be a good fit together. She gave Ellie a pupcation to remember with frequent walks, sunbathing and tons of playtime. I received up to the minute photos and videos on how Ellie was doing & I felt like I never left. I travel once a month so I use Rover frequently. I knew Ellie was well loved & cared for in my absence which is saying a lot. Lexi took care of my girl like she was her own and spoiled her ❤️ Thank you so much! I came home to a well kept home that was clean & orderly which is very appreciated after traveling. Thank you Lexi for making being away so easy on both of us! We enjoyed having you & look forward to seeing you soon. Best regards, Anastasia”

About: Hi there! I've loved animals all my life, and I can't wait to share my love with your pets :) When I was only seven years old, I was entrusted with my first dog. Even as a little girl, I took complete responsibility for my pet. In high school, I devoted 100+ hours to volunteering with Pasco County Animal Services, where I walked, fed, entertained, cleaned, and comforted countless dogs. Later, between my second and third year of university, I spent a summer employed by a PetSmart Doggie Daycare & Pet Hotel-- sometimes even supervising as many as twelve large dogs at once! I've worked with an incredible variety of animals, from an anxious elderly chihuahua to a rambunctious adolescent great dane, and I've loved spending time with all of them. Friends, family, and neighbors regularly call upon me to watch their furry friends. My compassionate, empathetic nature and friendly, enthusiastic demeanor make me a great companion for your companion. While I am not a certified animal trainer, I am well-read in the fields of animal training and psychology, and value perspectives that emphasize slow progress and positive reinforcement. At home, I'm raising three dogs and two kittens of my own! At the moment, I have all the time in the world to devote to your furry family! If/when this changes, I will discuss the changes with clients and update my profile as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'm all yours! My pet hotel and daycare employment required extensive training, resulting in a keen eye for signs of illness, fear, aggression in animals, as well as a clear understanding of when medical attention is or isn't necessary, and a safe procedure for de-escalating conflict between animals. Your furry friend's wellbeing is always my top priority! I pride myself on being especially communicative with pet parents while petsitting; I follow instructions with all the caution and care I can muster, I ask questions whenever necessary, and I send as many photos as possible! :)

“Jinxx was phenomenal with our eccentric trio of dogs from a high energy puppy, an old grouchy beagle and a reactive Plott hound who can’t comprehend the fact he isn’t a lap dog. We got beautiful picture updates and she has had more than enough experience to handle a dog that requires very particular energy and handling. 10/10, stars don’t go high enough.”
