About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So I am able to take breaks when needed to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home with several pets, primarily Golden Retrievers, and had the privilege of helping raise two litters of puppies. I recently lost my Great Dane after a decade of getting to love him. He had DCM since he was a puppy so I have extensive knowledge of caring for that, giant breed needs and know how to track and administer many medications. Being a stay at home mom I've often thought about walking and caring for other animals while they're humans are away at work or vacay! Rex is just under a year so he spends his time lounging and playing. Rex is leash and harness trained so sometimes I like to take him out for hikes or to the beach, he’s a curious guy who gets into everything, but I made sure that the house is completely Rex proof. Both are happy healthy silly guys who we love very much.

About: I offer housesitting with many years of experience with petting and as a Property/Estate manager in Montecito and Santa Barbara now San Diego. I only watch one family of pets at a time.
