About: I am usually the go-to guy in my family to watch furry friends when they go out of town. I have had Cattle-dogs for 15 years so there’s no energy level I can’t handle! I’ve travelled extensively with my dogs and we are very outdoor oriented. I work for myself as a Camper Van Designer/ Builder so I make my own schedule. I run daily at about 5am, and am generally free the rest of the morning and early afternoon. In 2005, my Father rescued a puppy from war torn Iraq. He fell in love with Target, our Iraqi dog, while he was deployed there. I remember my dad calling my mom, begging her to please find a way to get Target home, to California, over 7000 miles away. We went to work as a family finding any possible way to get our small puppy back home. Long story short, because we love animals, we got Target shipped to LAX. Target was what we considered an animal refugee. I remember going on the drive to LAX as a 5th grader to go pick up Target, when I first saw him he was scared, being shipped across the globe and being separated from his owner on the journey. But as soon as we got in the car we broke the crate open, we instantly all fell in love. Dedication to protecting a caring for animals is something that runs deep for me.
