She is incredibly sweet and clearly has a natural connection with animals. She bonded with both dogs right away and took the time to really understand their individual personalities and little quirks. It was obvious they felt comfortable and cared for in her presence. One of our dogs was dealing with some pretty bad allergies during her stay, and Raquel truly went above and beyond to keep him comfortable. She was attentive, thoughtful, and kept us informed every step of the way, which we appreciated so much.
