“Andrea was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of my furry babies while I was away, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were happy, safe, and well cared for. I’ll definitely be booking with her again for future trips. Thank you so much, Andrea, for everything you did for our babies ! 🫶🏻”

About: Hi! I have been caring for pets for over 20 years. Currently, I have a 2 year old 60-lb Boxer dog and I also had 3 Shih Tzus for 16 years so I am used to large and small dogs, energetic pups and senior dogs. I’ve taken classes with trainers that trained with Cesar Milan focused on dog psychology and calm confidence. I can care for senior dogs and administer eye/ear drops, medication, and gentle handling. I can also care for playful or large dogs and help get their energy out. I am available for short or long walks, short or long overnight stays, house sitting, companionship (and cuddles!), bathing, and drop ins. I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. I’m available for requests to care for your pets and am excited to meet your fur babies! I am very aware of my surroundings and doors/gates to ensure dogs to not escape or run off. I am diligent in making sure they don’t have something in their mouths that they shouldn’t. I have a high energy 2 year old boxer that I have crate trained and am used to taking all necessary precautions to make sure pets are safe and secure.
About: I am a lifelong dog lover who understands that pets are cherished members of the family. As a responsible homeowner and mom, I know the importance of trust and reliability. You can count on me to provide a clean, safe, and loving environment where your pet will receive plenty of affection, exercise, and individualized care. I am happy to follow your routines, administer medications if needed, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages-from energetic puppies learning the ropes to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and specialized care. Having cared for our own senior dog through multiple prescriptions and health needs, I know every dog has unique needs at each stage. I am happy to adapt to their individual routine and comfort level. As a dependable, stay-at-home mom, I am home often and can provide plenty of companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pup is happy, safe, and well cared for. I am patient, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. Whether your furry friend needs fun walks, a cozy place to stay, or loving care while you're away, I will treat them like one of my own. Our home has a fully fenced yard, providing a secure space for supervised outdoor play and exercise.
“Angeline was incredibly sweet and patient with our dog Zeus. She really tried her best with him and was always kind and understanding, even when he was being stubborn and didn’t want to go for walks. I appreciate her patience and positive attitude throughout the whole experience. She clearly cares about the dogs she works with. Thank you, Angeline! 🩵🐾”

“WHATTA WALK, WHATTA WALK, WHAT A MIGHTY, NICE WALK (yes, it is)...this is what I imagine our Pups hum to themselves whenever their Ms. Amanda comes around to them (and it comes true lol)! 😂 Amanda is wonderful with them! She takes great care of their needs and safety, shares fun and amazing videos/pictures, and even thinks about and takes time to give the Pups water on these now very warm days! 🥰 She is really top-notch, and a very great friend to us and our very spoiled rotten Fur Babies! Thank you Amanda for all that you do! 💛”

“Natasha bought us so much peace of mind. She was willing to meet a day before and took information carefully about our dog Hades. She showed confidence and comfort dealing with our big dog prior and during their walk. She kept us updated consistently and prove to be skilled with dogs as well as trustworthy. Our dog looked happy and fulfilled during her visit in pictures. We are very grateful for her service and are excited to give her more business. I would recommend Natasha 100%.”

About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So I am able to take breaks when needed to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.

About: Of all animals I have the most experience with dogs. I love dogs all shapes and sizes We've always had a dog at home and I have lots of experience, caring for playing with and walking dogs, including bath time. I'm a recent graduate of heritage high school. I took agriculture at school and worked with the animals on our school farm I'm looking to do rover as often as possible. I don't have any other obligations at this time. So I can dedicate myself to your pets. I am very careful about fences and doors. I'm mindful of owner instructions regarding where their pets can be. And where they are not allowed. I am mindful of them while they are eaten. And while they are playing, to make sure that they remain safe. I checked the pavement before I take a dog out on walks to make sure it's not too hot and always make sure to wash their bowls so that I can help prevent bacteria
“Meghan has consistently been a joy! Her clear communication and flexibility with my cuckoo work schedule has made our weeks much more relaxed. I’m so happy monica gets to spend time with her.”

We had such a wonderful experience with Monica! She took amazing care of Louie, and gave us complete peace of mind while he was in her hands. Louie came back happy, relaxed, and clearly loved his time with her. Monica is reliable, kind, and full of positive energy—you can tell she truly loves what she does. It’s not easy to trust someone else with your pet, but she instantly put us at ease. We would absolutely recommend Monica to any pet parent looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and fun. Louie can’t wait for his next outing with her!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
