“Shalom is so caring and attentive with the doggos and is fast and easy to communicate with. We’re so grateful to have found her! She makes it easy to keep the dogs moving on a regular basis 🙌🏽”

“OUR PUPS GIVE AMANDA A RATING OF x11 🐶 HAPPY PUPPY PRANCES 🐶 (on a Scale of 1 to 10, LOL)! We know Pups can't count, but if they could, they would still agree with this rating for Amanda. She has been such a welcome addition to our Pup's Care Team...it is so refreshing to find someone who is honestly so nice, so dependable, and so attentive-to-detail where it matters most, which is the care and welfare of our fur babies! You know that pups can tell the good eggs from the bad eggs, 🥚 and Amanda is undoubtedly a good egg. ❤️ She has been nothing but wonderful to us and our Pups. She is #1 safety conscious, and her pics and Diary-like write-ups are the best! I say again, my little girl is like a prancing model and it comes across in pics and videos. I, myself, can only get blurry pictures of her. My boy is a stud and photographs well, so love, love, love getting these great pics of him too. We know they have a fantastic time with Amanda and they are pooped out, afterwards, and take the best naps LOL! 😴 😉 THANK YOU AGAIN, AMANDA...see you next time!”

“Ako has always gone above and beyond expectations. Boltz loves her so much and we’re very thankful for being like a fur parent to our little one. Boltz is hoping to see you again soon.”

“Our dog, King, loves Jo. She even gets King to pose for photos. That’s something that we’ve never been good at. And we can see how happy King is in every photo. When my wife met Jo she was able to see how much King loved Jo. We are grateful that Jo can walk King while we are at work.”

“Very kind and sweet. I appreciated the time given to get to know the pups during the meet & greet…as well as the feedback after their first walk. Would absolutely book again!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young. I have over 10 years of experience babysitting dogs in their own homes. From puppy to senior care including diaper changing and medication application, I can do it all! I work part time, so I have availability on weekdays and weekends to travel to your home and i’m open to and have experience with overnight stays if needed. I prioritize animal safety and comfort with extreme care and strictly follow any instructions left to me. I am available for anything from a quick check in to a longer stay to care for your loved one. I have my own Shih Tzu named Joseph, so I understand what people are looking for when it comes to taking care of their pets.

About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So I am able to take breaks when needed to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.
“Robert is an incredible option if you need walking, day care, boarding, anything. He cares deeply about each pup that enters his care and it shows through how he treats them, updates/ pictures he sends, and everything else. I wish there was a Robert in each location I go to with my dog - absolutely trust him with my boy”

About: Hello, Thank you for stopping by my page. I’ve been around pets my whole life and enjoy being around them. I do have a little experience in working with animals as I would take care of my families pets and they trusted them with me every time. I was a teacher and worked with children in a variety of capacities, so I have passed one of the strictest background checks. I have an Associate degree in early childhood hood education and worked with kids for 7+ years. I am a wife and a mom of 2 boys. I have a 7 year old son and a 2 year old son. I enjoy being a mother and a wife. I don’t have much work experience with animals as I do with children but you can trust that I would care for your animals as I would a child. They would be in safe hands and well taken care of. Thank you for visiting my page and I hope you could trust me to look after your pets. I’m currently home while my little ones are in school so I would do this part time. I would be able from 9am to 3pm when I’m kids get out of school. I have a patio for smaller dogs but not a yard for bigger dogs. I would take the bigger dogs as well as the smaller dogs on multiple walks so they have a chance to be outside. If too hot I will have the pets inside with me with AC on as well as offer water often.
“Meghan has consistently been a joy! Her clear communication and flexibility with my cuckoo work schedule has made our weeks much more relaxed. I’m so happy monica gets to spend time with her.”

About: As an owner of four eccentric cats, it's safe to say I love the company of animals. Growing up, it was my dream to have a pet to love and take care of, and I was always the first to volunteer when family members would ask for someone to watch their dog or cat. This remains true even now, with years of experience caring for the animals of friends, family, and colleagues, as well as volunteer work at an animal sanctuary and providing palliative animal care. I have a flexible schedule I am comfortable with the vast and varied demeanors and needs of four-legged friends. I cherish any opportunity to provide specialized and individual care that accommodates those differences. From one animal to several, from short walks to extended sitting, I am enthusiastic to help however possible. I work from home, which means my schedule is flexible and I am available Monday through Sunday. Whether it is a short check-in or prolonged stay, I can ensure your furry friends will have no shortage of love and attention throughout their day. I would love to know any special accommodations, medications, or behaviors of concern to make your fur baby feel as comfortable and safe with me as possible. This includes respect and commitment to maintaining a clean and secure environment for your pets. Much like my own animals, my approach is one of unconditional patience and compassion for every pet. I focus on approaching every pet with consideration for their individual needs and energy levels. I will defer to you for communication preferences, and am open to sending updates as frequently as desired.
“Savannah todo great care of Teddy, she communicated along the way and share pictures with us. Teddy looked very happy in his walks and that made it feel we made the right choice. Thank you Savannah!”

About: Aloha & thank you for taking the time to click & read my profile! I work in healthcare & have over 6 years experience in the industry. I also have a 2 year old energetic Doberman / French Bulldog named Deuce! I am doing dog walking as means to supplement my family’s income doing something I love while I attend nursing school. I will have flexible availability over the summer & am open to long-term clients if we make a good fit together. Over the summer (June to August) I have free availability Monday-Wed, Fridays, & Sundays. Thursdays and Saturdays I work 12 hour shifts, but can arrange flexible pet care for your furry child w/ the help of my sister-in-law who has over 9 years experience caring for puppies and dogs. I have a very friendly dog named Deuce that we walk at least twice a day, 30 min each time. He is an outdoor dog that we keep downstairs and bring to the dog parks to run around & have doggy playtime.

About: I treat all animals with the same love, respect and admiration that I would appreciate if I were an animal. I have a knack for connecting with even the most bashful and a knack for keeping up with the most rowdy. I have experience with many different breeds of many different ages, this includes animals with disabilities or special needs. I work 8-6 on weekdays and if I work on the weekend it is In the evening. Even though I have a laid back personality I believe that animals need a routine and thrive in environment that provides structure and safety. I enjoy taking dogs to the park, beach and hiking if they are able bodied. I believe in being an constantly engaging host that any animal would love to hang out with.
“Marisa tried her best to get Nori walking each day. For some reason, Nori doesn’t like to go walk with any dog walker other than my husband. She doesn’t walk with me either😫 Marisa was so patient, and kept at it until she got comfortable enough to walk and follow her lead. We will definitely ask Marisa to help out again.”

About: Hello My Fellow Dog/Cat Lovers! My name is Bren, and just wanted to share with you a little about myself while you are making your choice for a dog walker/pet sitter. I have been blessed to start my dream business, Temecula VIPets, full-time, after 30+ years in the medical field and property management. I have lived in Temecula’s Harveston Lake Community since 2008, and I have had the pleasure to care for and rescue dogs and cats (all sizes/breeds) for over 50 years. I have never met a dog or cat I did not like and vice versa. Currently, I have two spoiled little terrier-mixes, Sofia and Sissy, which I rescued 5 years ago. And yes, I enjoy spoiling them, like I will enjoy spoiling your pet(s) as well...each dog/cat will enjoy their special Temecula VIPet treatment while staying with me, or during our walks, or my drop-in visits to say hello - caring for your pet(s) is my #1 priority 💖 Living in the Harveston Lake Community is wonderful, as it provides the best place for me to give your dog(s) 3-5 walks a day around the lake and it gives them socialization with other doggies. Unlike other boarding, my home is a relaxing and a calm environment for them to play and take naps. To soothe your dog(s) from anxiety, I have either doggy piano, meditation, or smooth jazz playing all the time.
About: I am a dog and cat mom myself so I know the love and attention that goes into your furbaby! My dog is 9 yrs old and my cat is 2 so plenty of experience to show your pet the same care as if they were my own family! I am currently working part time so I have a flexible schedule to walk and care for your pet including weekends if need be. I understand vacations come up or you need someone to check in during the day while you're at work so I have the flexibility to work with you. I personally prefer my pets to be in the comfort of my own home so coming in to check in or walk your pet is super doable for me so they can be comfortable and safe in their own environment.
About: I have always had a passion for animals ever since I was a kid. I love being able to care for animals and make sure they feel safe. My main goal is to make sure your pet feels secure in my presence. I currently have a part time job at the Palmdale animal shelter, but my schedule is completely free. As of this time, I currently have no conflicts. I live in a safe environment. I live in a one story house that’s fenced and has a backyard. It’s a safe place for your pets to enjoy themselves.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
