About: I've been pet sitting and dog walking for over 15 years in addition to raising my 4 pups! I have raised 2 border collies, 1 German shepherd, and a lab mix. I am the oldest of 6 so caring for others is in my dna and I truly love it! I have a ton of experience babysitting young children and have house sat multiple times for friends and family with pets! About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So while yes I do have to go into my office between 9am and 4pm I am able to leave to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks during those hours. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.

I work in an industry that requires back ground checks. However, I can do drop ins and house sitting daily. Morning, Afternoon and Evening walks are provided when in boarding or daycare. Weekend stays include park time and long walks. I have a sweet smaller dog whom is very loving and after getting to know your dog will treat them like a sibbling. It is important that your dog be okay with being crated only at night or if I need to run a close errand. Otherwise dogs welcome on couch etc.
