“Susan, is a nice person, I felt comfortable with her and her dogs at our first meeting. Cody was fine with her dogs and in the back yard all was good! So I left feeling confident this would be good. We dropped him off he was in the back yard with the other dogs, so we snuck out and left. Maybe not the best way to do it. 🤷‍♀️. About 3 hours later I talked to Susan, she said Cody was calming down….so the nervous Nelly I am, I panicked. Susan calmed me down, and said he would be fine, Dogs do that when it’s their first time at a new place. So I was good leaving him.The more time I had to think, I had my Husband go pick him up. I felt bad . I knew I wouldn’t have a good time leaving him. I knew Susan could deal with him., it was my fault. I would ask Susan if we could try again.. Just for a day, if she would have us. I would highly recommend Susan and Rover! Its owners like me ….. can be trouble. .. I’m sorry.”

“Just a quick back story. My wife and I had the delema of leaving our dogs with a house sitter at home (Canada) for a week, while we attended our Son's wedding in Temecula. Quick flight down, get a hotel, easy right? Or... pack up the travel trailer, load up the doggo's and make 3 week road trip out of it. Well we choose the later cause, well we're a bit obsessed with the safety of our kids :) We knew we would have to find a sitter in Temecula for the weekend, but didn't know actual drop off times, pick up times. We wanted a flexable schedual. After, about 10 phone interviews we got to Robert. Right away, he put us at ease. His calm, and kind demeanor instantly put us at ease. We booked him! Robert proved to be everything and more for our Shem and Sherpa. I think Sherpa even slept with him one night..lol. The kids were well cared for. They had exclusive occupancy while there, and were given all the attention they needed. We had flexibly, and even a late pick up after what ended up being a very late night for us. We couldn't be more pleased with oir experiance with Robert, and we do not hesitate in one bit to recommend him. And if we ever find ourselves in that neck of the woods again, we will be definitely belooking up Bobby!”
