About: I have taken care of cats since I was about 10 years old and dogs since I was about 13. Shortly after I moved out I adopted puppy then a kitten. It was definitely fun training my own puppy. I am currently a stay at home mom who also homeschools my kids. Our dogs are taken out for walks during the day and night. We love playing and cuddling with our cats and dogs throughout our school day. We crate our dogs when we are not home. If your pet is needed to be in a crate when you are not home, I can ensure that will happen.
About: I've grown up around animals my whole life, and currently have two dogs of my own. I will watch your pets with the same care I would expect if someone was caring for my dogs. While my formal pet sitting experience is more limited, I've watched my friend's and family's pets on and off throughout the years, including puppies and elderly dogs. My experience includes: Bathing, brushing, play time, feeding, walks, crating, oral medication, younger animals, older animals, house sitting I have open availability for walks, check-ins, and overnights at this time. I will communicate any potential scheduling issues with you at the time of booking. I'm happy to care for your pets in their home turf. I will treat your pets and your home with respect, care, and aim to leave things as clean as I found them. If your pets require specific medications or schedules, please inform me right away so we can work out the details. I do not board in my home at this time.

About: I’ve always had at least 5 animals in my household while growing up. In high school I started watching friends, family, and neighbors pets. I am a huge pet person and can’t even imagine my life without them. I would love to be able to take care of your fur babies when away. I am a full time RT student and a part time CNA. My best scheduling for walks and drop in care is Monday-Thursday in the evenings after 3pm. I am very flexible for care and work with whatever your ideal care is for your pets in regards to what your pets needs are. I have had dogs who get medication/vitamins with their food, animals who get fed twice a day, specific meal prep. I only will watch animals in their own home.
“Jasmine is amazing!! If total peace of mind while you are away is what youre looking for....look no further. Jasmine provided constant communication and was very prompt in replying to messages. She also brought in trash cans, picked up our mail, walked our pets and bathed them. The care she provided was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend her and I surely will be booking her in the future. The meet-and-greet with her was great. Every concern was addressed and all questions answered. Thank you so much Jasmine.”

“We hired Alyssa for a full week to drop-in on our medically fragile dog and quirky cat and she did an amazing job!!! Her check-ins were timely and her updates were helpful and informative. She handled their extra needs with ease. We felt so comfortable knowing she was looking after them so well.”
“Ako watched our French bulldog in our hotel room during our wedding. She was incredibly welcoming and sweet, Reef loved her! She sent us photos and updates throughout the night to make us feel at ease.”

About: I am currently home full-time while homeschooling my youngest child who is now in his teens. We ADORE all animals! Our schedule is extremely flexible, which allows us to work with whatever schedule needs you have. I have a huge heart and could not live without animals in my life. I am very active and look forward to the opportunity to walk, play and love on your pets! For the past 40+ years I have owned, fostered and cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles, horses and more. I recently lost my Great Dane after a decade of getting to love him. He had DCM since he was a puppy so I have extensive knowledge of caring for that, giant breed needs and know how to track and administer many medications. Being a stay at home mom I've often thought about walking and caring for other animals while they're humans are away at work or vacay! I recently discovered Rover and know this is a perfect fit for me! I am very patient and have experience with all areas of pet care from walking to medication dosing and everything in between! I am currently home full-time while homeschooling my youngest child who is now in his teens. Our schedule is extremely flexible, which allows us to work with whatever schedule needs you have. I have a very large, completely fenced in yard with a locked gate. We are taking a break from pet ownership and would love to open our home to care for your animals. I have experience caring for dogs and other household pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, long or shorter walks, cuddles on the couch, or sticking to their usual routine, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special care requirements to ensure your pet feels happy and secure.

Amanda was wonderful! She took amazing care of my two cats while I was away and gave me so much peace of mind. She made sure they had fresh food and water, cleaned the litter boxes, gave them treats, and spent time playing with them so they got plenty of attention and love. She followed all of my instructions perfectly and was caring and dependable throughout my trip. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and everything just as I left it. I would absolutely book Amanda again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
