We had a graduation ceremony for two of our daughters just down the way at Pechanga but we also had a puppy who'd had an unplanned surgery the day prior. Nazgul helped accommodate our last minute requests with top notch service so that we could enjoy this momentous occasion, free of any concern about the wellbeing of our puppy. Nazgul provided updates throughout his stay and was extremely flexible from beginning to end. It was our first experience with Rover and it far exceeded any of our expectations. Wow. “I left my German Shepherd, Athena, with May for almost a week, and I’m so happy I chose her. As we all know our pets are family to us, so I was nervous about leaving my dog with someone new. But what won me over was how comfortable Athena felt almost as soon as we arrived. May only takes two dogs at a time, and I appreciated knowing Athena would get plenty of attention. She even offered to do a meet-and-greet beforehand, which we really appreciated. She was incredibly accommodating with our last-minute request and went above and beyond to work with our schedule, including a very early drop-off and a late pickup. Throughout the day, she kept us updated with photos and was a great communicator, which made us feel so comfortable knowing our dog was happy and well cared for. About: New to Rover but not new to caring for dogs. Throughout my life have always had a dog. Experience with puppies to senior/disabled dogs. I have often cared for my son's disabled dog who didn't know he was disabled with use of his wheels. I am a retired professional who is available 7 days a week and currently care for my 2 year old male Shih Tzu who is very loving and gets along well with people and dogs. I am available for care in my home. I have a fully fenced yard with clean artificial turf, a covered patio with plenty of shade. My home is clean with plenty of room for dogs to play. I ensure my dog has plenty of potty breaks in our back yard. We also have a dog park very close to our house and would be willing to take your dog to the park or walks in our neighborhood.

This was the first time we left our furbaby with other people in an unfamiliar environment and I was updated both with words and pictures on my kitty’s stay throughout the day. They made sure to ask beforehand if he was good with their own cats as well as answered any questions I had. This was the first time we used Rover.com so I accidentally made an error in the booking and they were very kind and let me know that they could still watch my kitty and edited the booking times. If we need a sitter to watch him another day, we will be booking again :)”
