“Savannah took amazing care of our puppy, Luna, during her weekend stay! This was Luna’s first time boarding overnight, and Savannah made the whole experience so easy and comforting for us. She kept us updated, communicated really well, and Luna was happy, relaxed, and well-cared for when we picked her up. Savannah’s home is clean and welcoming, and Luna clearly enjoyed her time there. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. We will definitely be booking with Savannah again — highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving sitter!”

“This was our first time using Stacey for our one year old golden retriever! She made us feel comfortable leaving our dog and constantly sent us videos and pictures to show our dog was having the best time and taken good care of! We will for sure be using Stacey in the future and will recommend her to other friends!”

“Stephanie took amazing care of our dog, Beau, during his third stay with her! From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. She provided updates, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him like her own. Beau came home happy and well cared for, and we truly appreciate the love and attention she gives him. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“We are beyond grateful for Malissa! She took care of our two dogs for two nights, and from the moment we met her, it felt like she was already part of our family. Her energy and fun, positive vibes stood out right away—she’s incredibly warm, sweet, and clearly passionate about caring for dogs. She kept us updated with videos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind, especially since it was our first time leaving them. We hadn’t had the chance to take even a short weekend away as a family in a long time, and thanks to her, we finally could—without worrying for a second. She was so accommodating and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. We truly can’t thank her enough and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pups!”

“Shannon was amazing with our pup! She made our pup feel right at home. She also kept us updated with many pictures and text messages. We were so grateful for Shannon! We highly recommend her. ❤️”

“Michael took great care of my dog on short notice. I usually leave her with the boarding facility/day care associated with our vet but it was so nice to get the updates and pictures of her being treated as part of his family. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my furchild in his care again!”

“I think going to Rachelle's house is Lucy's version of a child going to Disneyland. She was so excited when we got there that she completely forgot I was there and ran off before I could say goodbye and wish her well. Needless to say, Rachelle was great once again and I, I mean Lucy, looks forward to the next time.”

“Bianca was so sweet and patient with Remy! This was Remys first time over at Bianca’s and she loved it ❤️I received updates and videos and could see Remy was having a great time. Thank you Bianca!”

“Robert is a true dog lover. All dogs will get along with him and his pets. Frequent walks, and a trip to the park. Our dog always comes back very relaxed and you can tell that he had a good time. We used to take him to our vet to stay for a few days, but he always came back traumatized. Even for a day caged up in the pen with other barking dogs made him come back uneasy. If you ever have an opportunity to board your dog, don’t miss Robert. You’ll be glad you did!”

“What an amazing sitter! Robert was available at last minute notice when our original sitter was unavailable. He sent great updates, kept me informed through photos too. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a friendly pet sitter.”

“Morgan and Jack were so great! We scheduled a meet and greet prior to our first dog sitting commitment, and they introduced our dog to theirs, one by one, which I really appreciated. You can tell they’ve done this a lot and genuinely love dogs. They asked all the right questions and really put our minds at ease. I also appreciated that they limit the number of dogs they take at once. Leo had the best time swimming and playing with their dogs, which we loved getting pictures of while we were gone. We’ve already used them again, and plan to continue!”

“This is our 3rd time leaving our cat Cassie with Nazgul and her family. Nazgul always keeps us updated everyday with pictures and how Cassie’s doing. I can tell that she cares a lot about our cat and makes sure that our cat is happy and comfortable in her care.”

“May is amazing. I have used her twice and she is so caring with my girl sending me pictures on a regular basis I requested her last minute and she happily agreed to watch my baby girl for the weekend. I appreciate her.”

“Cassandra was an amazing host for my little dog for three days! She sent regular updates and photos, was quick to respond, and even went out and bought an extra can of his favorite flavor of food when it ran out and he wasn't eating the other flavors. Can't recommend her enough!”

“Alicia and Christian are truly the best. This is the third or fourth time we’ve trusted them with Milo, and they never disappoint. Our boy absolutely loves staying with them and always has the best time, especially playing with their doodle. They’re so thoughtful and communicative, and the sweet photos they send always make our day. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and care they show Milo—thank you always! 💛”

“Angeline is absolutely wondeful! She provides great updates and the best pictures of our cat! She is easy to communicate with and replies in a timely manner. Our cat has really warmed up to her and we now only use Angeline when we are out of town (given she is available).”

“Andrea was a fantastic help looking after my cat Fergus. She had excellent communication. She sent me a pic of my cat at every visit which I appreciated. She even dropped by to introduce herself and meet my cat before I went out of town. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I will use her services again. Thanks!”

“Marissa was absolutely amazing caring for our cat, Faye, during a week-long holiday trip. Her genuine love for cats was evident, she was so interactive and affectionate with Faye. We received regular updates, she was always punctual, and the photos she sent were wonderful. We returned to a happy, well-cared-for cat. We highly recommend Marissa and will definitely book her again!”

About: I have taken care of cats since I was about 10 years old. I had two cats at the time and I was in charge of feeding and changing their litter at least twice a day. Once I lived on my own I got my own cat, Felix, then a few years later another cat, Grizwold. Having a nice clean area for the cats has always been a priority for me. I look forward to do the same for your cat(s).
“Sara is absolutely wonderful with our new 4 month old puppy! She is great at responding back to messages, sends update pictures, and is just super sweet with our new family member. We will be continuing to use our services as she checks in on our puppy mon-fri 😊!!”

“This past weekend my fiancé and I left town to attend our wedding. We were extremely concerned about who we could entrust to watch over our two beautiful kitties Henry & Ethel. You see, I am not a normal person in the sense that I am incredibly protective of my little babies, and I am very particular about how they are cared for. After searching Rover we found Monica and asked about her availability, and I must say this was the best decision we ever made. Monica took time out to come meet our babies and discuss the services she offered. We were blown away by her level of professionalism. Monica also carries extensive credentials and experience, which helped put our minds at ease while we were away. While we were away Monica spent her days and nights caring for our kitties. She routinely went above and beyond the call of duty. Monica checked in with us regularly to let us know how our little ones were doing, which was absolutely fantastic! In addition to all of her amazing services, credentials, and professionalism Monica is a pure animal lover who enjoys caring for people’s furry family members. Our kitties felt completely at home and comfortable with Monica from the moment they met her. In the future we will exclusively use Monica for all of our cat-care needs. We fully suggest that anyone in the market for these types of services look no further than Monica. Sincerely, A Crazy Cat Dad & his new bride”
“Caitlin was great to work with! My dog Henna loves her and is very comfortable around her. She was great at checkin and leaving me pictures and notes on rover so that I didn’t feel so far away from my baby.”

About: I have 10 years of experience caring for cats of all ages and personalities, along with a veterinary-clinic background. I provide reliable, attentive care while respecting each cat’s individual routine, boundaries, and comfort level. I come in calm and quiet, keep feeding and litter routines exactly as you left them, and let your cat decide how much attention they want. Some want the lap, some want the closet, and both are fine with me. My veterinary clinic background means I'm watchful for the things cats hide: changes in appetite, litter box habits, hiding more than usual, or grooming differences. I'll flag anything that seems off right away rather than waiting until you're home. Fresh water, clean box, meds on schedule, play if they want it, and a photo update every visit so you can see for yourself that they're doing fine.
About: I don’t have issues with watching/walking more than one dog at a time. I’ve been pet sitting/house sitting for my friends/neighbor’s two dogs for the past 3 years. I have an 11 year old Shiba Inu who I love to death. Even though he can be a brat at time. My dog lives with my mom, so house sitting for you will not be an issue. I owned a cat for 10 years before he passed away. Other people in my neighborhood have relied on my to check in on their pets when needed. I’ve been around all types of breeds, big and small. Since I have a dog I know what pet care is like. - I have experience administering medications to dogs and cats. - I have taken care of dogs/cats of all ages - I can watch multiple pets at a time. My repeat family had two dogs and a cat I work full time down in San Diego. But I work from home three days a week so I can walk/check in on your pets during those days of the week. I can make myself available on weekends too. I will follow the care routine of your pet. I will cater to their feeding and walking schedule. I have a car so I can take them to dog parks (if requested) and vet appointments.

About: What sets me apart from other care givers is the level of care and attention I give every pet. I know that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I have owned multiple cats and cared for others - ranging from under 1 year to 19 years. That experience taught me how to care for a cat through every stage of life—from the energetic and curious years to the special patience and gentle attention senior cats need. I'm comfortable following feeding schedules, administering care as needed, having playtime that match a cat's energy level, and making sure pets get plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. I'm dependable, communicative, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring and responsible hands.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life. I have two dogs currently, a pitbull and a pug. I have experience pet sitting Dobermans as well. Additionally, I worked at a pet store for about a year so I have knowledge of pet diets, hygiene, and basic care. Currently I am working part time on weekends so I have plenty of time in my schedule to take care of fluffy friends. Other than work I have an online summer college course so my schedule is pretty flexible. I fully understand that every dog and pet is different and has different needs and schedules. I believe every pet should be treated with love and patience. Whether is playtime, feeding, walking, or just keeping some friendly company, I will give attentive care while also treating your home with respect.

About: I have involved myself with 100+ hours of community service taking care of cats at the local animal shelter. I understand the cues and behaviors of cats and know when to act accordingly. Playing with cats is one of my favorite things to do and learning each of their unique personalities make my day! I’m very protective over my cat and ensure she doesn’t go outside and am attentive to any potential hazards. My experience in cats have taught me patience, loyalty, and true care.

“Shannon to the rescue and always takes good care of Sandy!! Would highly recommend Shannon for all your pet sitting needs. She’s caring and responds right away to any questions you may have.”

“Savannah took great care of our dog Cooper. Sent us pictures and updates and communicated well with us on drop off and pick up. We would definitely have her watch him again!”

“Alisha and Michael made my very nervous dog feel right at home for day care! I was afraid to leave him while I was in town for a local event, so I really appreciated their attentiveness to him and communication. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Nicole is absolutely amazing! She was so kind, understanding and accommodating. She provided plenty of photo and video updates throughout the day and I loved seeing how happy my baby was while I was away. Our puppy Stella had an absolute blast playing with Nicole’s doggo Sunshine each day during her stay! She finally made a new friend who can rival her energy. Each morning she was so excited for drop-off with her new friends and each evening she came home happy and thoroughly worn out, which is really saying something for our little furry ball of energy! Stella already can’t wait for her next visit with Nicole and Sunshine. Nicole is a quality, caring sitter who I cannot recommend enough!”

“Rachelle, I am beyond grateful and impressed with your dedication to all fur babies! Rocky is laying here in pure bliss, smiling ear to ear. Here’s my experience: I booked with Raechel and she accepted right away and messaged me. I explained Rocky’s quirks and she didn’t hesitate. He is undersocicialized and I was very worried about how it would go. He cried for me as I started to leave, and she comforted him and scooped him up right under her arm. I knew she would take good care of my boy. She sent me pictures in the very beginning, showing him getting along with all the dogs 🥹. She told me he was doing great, which completely eased my anxiety. She sent me pictures of his walk. I couldn’t believe it, he was walking calmly next to 5 other dogs. She’s the dog whisperer because he’s more reactive on leash with me and my Mom. Her communication was so good, and I know she sees the dogs as peoples’ family because she put me at ease. I am beyond happy with her work. I will definitely be booking more, as I know his life will be enriched and fulfilling going there to make doggo friends. I can’t thank you enough 🥹👏🫶🙏🐶☀️💛”

“We have peace of mind whenever we have to leave Harper in Robert’s care. He has a large fenced in back yard and separate dog room. We get updates and he is very flexible. 5 stars every time!”

“Morgan and Jack is great. We were running late picking up Auggie and they were understanding. We loved all the pictures Which let us know Auggie is comfortable and happy”

“We’ve been bringing Marley to May for two weeks now, and we couldn’t be happier! As pawrents, it’s never easy trusting someone else with your fur baby, but May has been exceptional. It’s clear that Marley is well taken care of, and that means everything to us. Knowing Marley is in good hands while we’re at work gives us so much peace of mind. She truly cares for Marley the same way we do, and that’s rare to find. Thank you, May. We’re grateful.”

About: Hello! My name is Fidencio, (my family calls me John, and you can too). I am 32 years old and have a long history of caring for dogs in my family. In 2005, my Father rescued a puppy from war torn Iraq. He fell in love with Target, our Iraqi dog, while he was deployed there. I remember my dad calling my mom, begging her to please find a way to get Target home, to California, over 7000 miles away. We went to work as a family finding any possible way to get our small puppy back home. Long story short, because we love animals, we got Target shipped to LAX. Target was what we considered an animal refugee. I remember going on the drive to LAX as a 5th grader to go pick up Target, when I first saw him he was scared, being shipped across the globe and being separated from his owner on the journey. But as soon as we got in the car we broke the crate open, we instantly all fell in love. Dedication to protecting a caring for animals is something that runs deep for me. And opening up our home to do that for others is an honor. I’ve attached some photos of Target, our 1st family dog. Looking at these older photos is such a trip! Blast from the past if you will. My Dad is now retired from the USMC and has a service dog jack, who is pictured above. He loves to play with other dogs and is very friendly. Hope you meet you and your pet soon! I am home full time and will always be there for you and your pet! Can be contacted 24/7 and checkup anytime. I’m just a call away. I care for other pets the same I would care for my own. With love, patience, and care. These things come naturally as an animal lover!
“Sara is one of the best sitters we have ever used. She kept us informed about Lily and sent lots of pictures. She agreed to watch Lily on very short notice. We feel very lucky we found her. Would highly recommend and will use again as needed. Thanks Sara”

“Melissa was great. She was very communicative and so sweet to us and our dog Juneau. She sent photos during the day which was great. Thank you again for taking care of our dog on Thanksgiving.”
“We had such a great experience with Bianca! She was incredibly attentive to all of our questions and concerns, especially since it was our first time leaving Bolo. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Bolo was happy and comfortable with her right away, and it was clear he was very well taken care of. We’ll definitely be booking with her again—highly recommend!”

“This was our first time using Rover. It was nerve wracking at first thinking about leaving our dog child with a stranger but Tammy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The whole experience was a breeze! We received photo updates throughout the day so we could see how much fun our boy was having. Tammy was incredibly kind and accommodating we hope to be returning!”

“Nazgul and her family were exceptionally warm and attentive with Midnight. From the moment we arrived, I could tell she would settle in quickly and feel at home. Their updates and photos were thoughtful and reassuring, and it was clear she was genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Nazgul and her family to anyone seeking a safe, loving environment for their pet.”

“Opie had a great experience on the farm. So many new smells and interactions that a city dog rarely gets the opportunity to enjoy. Highly recommend this if your dog is pretty chill and copes well with new environments.”

“I love having Andrea to take care of my German Shepherd, Mya. My dog can be skeptical with people coming to our home. Andrea has walked Mya several times, and sometimes it’s months between her visits but Mya welcomes her every time.”

About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So I am able to take breaks when needed to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.
About: I have been trusted to take care of others’ pets for approximately ten years now. I absolutely adore animals and think they deserve the world, so your pet’s wants and needs are my number one priority! If my prices are not in your range, I am happy to negotiate something that is fair for us both. I am a new nursing student who is focusing on school right now. I have plenty of time throughout the week to walk, bathe, feed, and play with your fur baby! I will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable while you’re away. I am willing to check in on your pets as many times as you feel necessary, or even stay with them throughout the day. I always say “treat others how you would want to be treated,” so I hold the same expectations to myself that I would have someone who was watching my pet.
“Rachel continues to be a stellar dog walker for our cavapoo, Milo. She is incredibly reliable and friendly and very responsive. Love that she has been taking care of Milo and us!”

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home with several pets, primarily Golden Retrievers, and had the privilege of helping raise two litters of puppies. Those early experiences taught me the value of patience, consistency, and creating a loving environment where dogs can flourish. When I was sixteen, our family dog welcomed a litter of eleven puppies, and I was actively involved throughout her pregnancy, the delivery, and the puppies’ early development. One of those puppies became my soul dog, deepening my appreciation for the extraordinary bond between dogs and their families. Over the years, I’ve gained knowledge with caring for puppies, adult dogs, seniors, and pets recovering from surgery. Above all, I make it a priority to help every pet feel protected, nurtured and content while maintaining the routine they’re accustomed to. Whether we’re exploring a neighborhood trail, playing with their favorite toys, practicing positive reinforcement with owner-approved treats, or simply enjoying quiet cuddle time, I strive to make every pet feel like they’re spending time with a trusted friend—not just a sitter. Building trust is one of the most rewarding parts of pet sitting. Every dog deserves patience, kindness, and individualized attention, and I take the time to create a genuine connection with each one. My hope is that you’ll return home to a settled companion with the confidence that they were treated like a cherished member of my own family. I currently have open availability as I am working instacart and obtaining my Yoga teacher training certification. If you need someone reliable and loving to take care of your fur baby, I will be there! I understand that every pet and every family has unique routines and preferences. My priority is to provide care that aligns with your pet’s normal schedule so they feel safe and loved while you’re away. Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care, I’m happy to accommodate your needs. I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own by keeping it clean, tidy, and secure. My goal is for you to return to a happy pet and a home that’s just as you left it.
“Anthony jumped into action when we needed a last minute dog walker when going out of town. He was very communicative and clearly enjoyed the time with our pup. Looking forward to booking him again and knowing Finley is in good hands!”

About: I don't just love dogs; I know how to take care of them responsibly. As much as working with animals is enjoyable and fun for me, I am aware of the responsibility and skill level required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for your dog (or cat). I also know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members behind with a new person, so I'd love to reassure you with daily texts and photos of how our visit is going. I'm a former animal care professional with experience as a vet tech, pet store assistant manager, and groomer, and truly have an interest in the health and well being of your pet. I'm the type of person that double checks and will pay attention to the small details in your pet's behavior and appearance. And of course, I absolutely love dogs. My favorite thing about them is their ability to break up the seriousness of a moment by being absolutely silly! I've had the chance to meet dogs of all types and temperaments, and am comfortable walking energetic, leash aggressive, or nervous dogs. I understand how important exercise and quality time are in making your pup happy. My resume and references are always available upon request. I’m currently working part-time and will have plenty of time to be at home with your fur baby. My hours are flexible and we can work on setting up a schedule specific to your pets’ needs. I mainly care for pets in your home, using guidelines you provide me with. I’m open to boarding requests but do not currently offer this service on short notice.

I’m currently working part time from home and I’m available on the weekends as well. My schedule is very flexible and I can work with your schedule. About: Dogs have been my life's work for over 15 years — every breed, every age, every personality. My background covers both sides of the leash: I worked at a training and boarding facility and at a veterinary clinic, which means I read body language early, handle high-energy and nervous dogs with the same calm, and know when something is "just an off day" versus something that needs a vet. I'm comfortable with feeding and medication routines, puppies who are still learning the rules, and senior dogs who need patience and a slower pace. I reinforce the training you've already put in, so your dog doesn't come home having forgotten it. I've been through real medical emergencies, and I stay calm and act fast — that's what you're actually hiring when you leave your dog with someone. Most of all, I genuinely love dogs. Yours won't be a booking to me. They'll be family for as long as they're in my care. I am lucky in the fact that my career is remote and I get to make my own schedule. So I am open and willing to work with clients on the time and days they are needing help with! I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I follow feeding, medication, exercise, and training instructions closely, keep doors and gates secure, maintain a clean environment, and provide regular updates. With my veterinary-clinic & 911 Dispatch experience , I also know how to stay calm and respond appropriately if an emergency arises.
“Krysta has been dependable, reliable, and great with our two high energy dogs. She goes above and beyond to make sure the dogs are taken care of and get the proper attention they deserve. I highly recommend Krysta.”

About: What sets me apart from other care givers is the level of care and attention I give every pet. I know that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I cared for my own female hound mix from the time she was just six weeks old until she passed at 16 years old. That experience taught me how to care for a dog through every stage of life - from energetic puppy years to the special patience and gentle attention senior dogs need. I'm comfortable following feeding schedules, administering care as needed, going on walks that match a dog's energy level, and making sure pets get plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. I'm dependable, communicative, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring and responsible hands. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy, and I've built my schedule to be as flexible as possible. I have availability throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, and I'm happy to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits whenever I can. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care, I'll do my best to work around your schedule. I also keep my calendar updated so you can book with confidence, and I'll communicate promptly if you have any questions or special requests. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent care that fits seamlessly into both your routine and your pet's. I currently provide pet care in my clients' homes, where I focus on keeping your pet comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any other special care your pet requires. I understand that consistency helps pets feel safe while you're away, so I take the time to learn their habits, preferences, and personality. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, play sessions, or simply relaxing with company, I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and care. I'll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own, keep everything clean and secure, and provide regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

“This mother and son duo is amazingly caring! They really took care of our foster pup and made him feel right at home. Sending me pictures of their walks and overall time together was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend! 10/10”

“Michael took great care of my dog on short notice. I usually leave her with the boarding facility/day care associated with our vet but it was so nice to get the updates and pictures of her being treated as part of his family. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my furchild in his care again!”

“Stephen took such great care of Jake! This was our longest time away from Jake ever and Stephen made us feel confident that everything was fine throughout the stay. Jake is a pretty chill dog, and we appreciate knowing he is safe and well taken care of when we need to travel.”

“Erica was amazing! My dog is afraid of strangers and he was having a blast at her place on the first day. I was worried he wouldn't want to come home he had such a good time. She sent me pictures every day and kept me updated on what he was doing. I'll definitely come back, I was never worried about Wilson the whole time.”

“Saleha and her family did such an incredible job taking care of our Maizy! She really loved all the attention she got! They did such a great job updating us on how she was doing and providing lots of pictures and videos! It definitely reassured us! Thank you again!”
