I absolutely adore animals and think they deserve the world, so your pet’s wants and needs are my number one priority! If my prices are not in your range, I am happy to negotiate something that is fair for us both. I am a new nursing student who is focusing on school right now. I have plenty of time throughout the week to walk, bathe, feed, and play with your fur baby! I will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable while you’re away. I am willing to check in on your pets as many times as you feel necessary, or even stay with them throughout the day. I always say “treat others how you would want to be treated,” so I hold the same expectations to myself that I would have someone who was watching my pet.

Jonathan brings a calm presence, a second set of eyes, and dependable backup, while I bring more than 10 years of hands on professional animal care experience from shelters, dog daycare and boarding, zoos, and other animal care settings. We typically attend Meet & Greets and complete visits together, so your pet has a chance to get comfortable with both of us and you know exactly who will be caring for them. You'll get plenty of photos and a real update after every visit so you never have to wonder how they're doing. Our schedule is flexible, and we plan our bookings carefully, keep our Rover calendar current, and make sure we have enough time to give each pet our full attention. Unless we've agreed on a different arrangement with you beforehand, we typically complete our bookings together, which gives your pet two attentive caregivers and provides extra attention and safety during walks and visits. We also like to attend Meet & Greets together so you and your pet can get comfortable with both of us before the first visit. Before the first visit, we like to learn your pet’s routine, equipment, boundaries, preferences, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable and safe. Long instructions and little quirks are always welcome — you know your pet best. We double check doors, gates, collars, harnesses, and leashes, and make sure your home is secure before we leave. On walks, we stay aware of our surroundings, pay attention to your dog’s body language, and give unfamiliar people or animals plenty of space when needed. We never allow off leash time or interactions with other pets or people unless you’ve specifically approved it. We also understand that not every pet wants immediate attention from someone new. Shy or cautious pets are given the space and time they need to warm up at their own pace. Our goal is simple: follow your preferences, respect your pet’s comfort, and care for them as safely and thoughtfully as we would want someone to care for our own.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the patience and genuine care I have for every animal I meet. I’m gentle with pets of all ages, personalities, and abilities, and I’m never afraid to get down on the floor and take the time to earn their trust, especially with shy, nervous, senior, or special-needs pets. I’ve rescued and cared for animals in some pretty challenging situations, including dogs on the streets experiencing severe heat stroke and emergencies during Southeast Missouri’s extreme weather. I’ve also fostered kittens who were sick and needed extra care, patience, and nurturing before they were healthy enough to be adopted. I’ve always had a dog since the day I was born. I started raising my own dogs since I was about 9 years old, and I’ve been involved in house training, crate training, maintaining daily routines, and administering medications according to their prescribed instructions and labels. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and making sure pets stay on their normal schedules while their owners are away. I’m also a clean freak, and I believe taking care of your home is part of taking care of your pets. I’ve personally experienced coming home to dirty litter boxes, pet vomit, stains, and messes that weren’t cleaned up after previous sitters. That’s something I never want a pet owner to experience. If your pet makes a mess, I clean it up. I’ll keep litter boxes maintained, clean up accidents, vomit, tracked-in dirt, and other everyday pet messes, and leave your home the way I found it, or better. To me, pet sitting isn’t just about making sure a pet is fed and let outside. It’s about making them feel safe, comfortable, loved, and understood while their person is away. I treat every pet as an individual and take the time to learn their routines, quirks, and what makes them feel most at home. Animals deserve the world in the short time we get with them, and I want to make sure I give them that. I recently relocated back home to Temecula from my college town in Missouri and currently have a very flexible schedule while I look for a part-time job. I’m a stay-at-home fiancé and pet mom to two dogs and two cats, so I’m already home caring for pets every day! My pets are all spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccines, and social. I’m currently available throughout the day, with my only regular commitment being about two hours at the gym. This gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets and work around their routines. My dogs wake me up at 6am on the dot to go potty and eat breakfast, and at 5pm they are ready for dinner. I value my pets’ routines because without them, I wouldn’t have a routine myself I have a fully fenced backyard where my inside dogs are able to safely go outside throughout the day. I pay close attention to their behavior and cues-if they’re telling me they need to go out, I let them lead me to the backyard rather than making them wait. I have a 35-lb female Terrier/Lab mix and an 80-lb female Silver Lab. Both spayed and up-to-date on their shots. My Silver Lab is a gentle giant who was especially popular with the “littles” at doggy daycare, often spending time with the 10–25 lb dogs. She was also raised around my grandma’s Yorkies, so she’s very comfortable around smaller dogs. Your pet will always be treated like the VIP! I’ll make sure your pet gets priority during playtime and attention, even if that means taking the ball away from my own dog so your pup gets a turn!🎾

About: I am currently a veterinary assistant student, taking care of your animals will give me the opportunity to be able to expand my school experience and give you confidence in me and my capabilities when it comes to taking care of your pets. I am currently a student, my class schedule is Monday-Thursday therefore i am not able to do overnight stays during the week. Friday-Sunday i am completely free and will be able to take care and put my full attention to your pets. I will be available to do drop ins and walks during the week anytime before 5pm. About: My headline is probably my most asked question anywhere I go lol. My family has had a multitude of different pets over the years, so I actually know how to care for a lot of animals including an African bullfrog if you can believe that. I've also been house sitting/dog sitting for friends and family for years. I'm also really good with cautious dogs, I know how to make a dog who doesn't like strangers warm up to me. It might take a little while but eventually they love me. As far as walks go I love walks and who better to do it with than a dog? But I'm also conscientious of heat, where to walk on hot days so their paws don't burn and water for us to drink. I have a decent amount of control of my work time. So I am able to take breaks when needed to take animals for quick walks, playtime, and of course potty breaks. My goal is not to leave animals without these types of interactions for more than 5 hours at a time. Of course for special needs animals and puppies this can be appropriately adjusted. I strive to keep animals at ease by keeping their normal routine. So I often ask about what the animals normal day looks like and plan accordingly.

From puppies all the way to senior dogs and kittens all the way to elderly cats. *please know that while my listed prices are accurate additional surcharges may apply. (All prices will be disclosed before booking) I have a lot of availability for pet care in my schedule, I do have college classes I must attend and the occasional appointment with these being non-negotiable blocks of time I must leave the clients home to attend (which will be discussed ahead of time). However aside from that I have a plethora of time available to dedicate solely to your pet(s). *jobs that are “constant care” and/or have strict rules regarding how long the pet(s) can be left alone WILL incur a surge charge. I haven’t had a pet escape or get lost on my watch yet, and I don’t plan to start now. My childhood dog escaped once as kid, and even thought he was quickly found, it made me realize the horror of potentially losing a pet. As a result, I take pet safety very seriously. I will not walk a dog without a leash. I always double and triple check that doors are closed/locked (when appropriate).

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a while, I’m caring and responsible. I’m very patient and love all animals. I have and American Staffordshire senior dog that I am very comfortable administering medication to and tending to all her special needs as she gets older. I also have 2 small yorkies that require a great deal of patience. I love all animals and I take great care of any animal that I am watching. I’m currently working part time from home and I’m available on the weekends as well. My schedule is very flexible and I can work with your schedule. About: I don’t have issues with watching/walking more than one dog at a time. I’ve been pet sitting/house sitting for my friends/neighbor’s two dogs for the past 3 years. I have an 11 year old Shiba Inu who I love to death. Even though he can be a brat at time. My dog lives with my mom, so house sitting for you will not be an issue. I owned a cat for 10 years before he passed away. Other people in my neighborhood have relied on my to check in on their pets when needed. I’ve been around all types of breeds, big and small. Since I have a dog I know what pet care is like. - I have experience administering medications to dogs and cats. - I have taken care of dogs/cats of all ages - I can watch multiple pets at a time. My repeat family had two dogs and a cat I work full time down in San Diego. But I work from home three days a week so I can walk/check in on your pets during those days of the week. I can make myself available on weekends too. I will follow the care routine of your pet. I will cater to their feeding and walking schedule. I have a car so I can take them to dog parks (if requested) and vet appointments.
