We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hamilton was comfortable from the moment we dropped him off, which says a lot — you can always tell when your dog feels safe with someone. We left Chance with Tiffany and her family for a night and were very pleased with the care and communication she had throughout his time there. Chance is a new rescue who is nervous around new environments, and Tiffany made us feel really comfortable with updates and pictures throughout his stay. This was our first time using Rover and we were a little bit hesitant but after meeting Heidi we were super confident about her ability to love and care for our 2 pups! Our first impression proved to be true. She watched our dogs for 11 days while we were in Hawaii. She was accommodating in every way including storing and feeding our dogs the food we made them. She sent pictures of the girls daily and even took them to the dog park! When we got home our girls looked healthy and happy! We will definitely recommend and use Heidi for our future dog sitting needs!
