We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our dog stayed with this family for two weeks, and from the moment we met them, we knew our pup would be in great hands. They treated our dog like a member of their own family, giving plenty of love, attention, and care throughout the entire stay. The communication was outstanding. We received regular updates and lots of wonderful pictures, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every update that our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Being away for two weeks can be stressful, but we never had to worry because we knew our dog was safe, loved, and receiving excellent care. Hank seemed to have a great stay with Rob and Chief! Hank can be an anxious guy but we could tell through the video and picture updates that he quickly became comfortable. We just moved to the area 5 months ago so we’re a bit nervous leaving Hank with a new sitter but all of the pics and videos let us know that Hank was in great hands!
Abigail kept our 2 dogs in a home environment that they are used to making them comfortable and safe. This was our first time using Rover and we were a little bit hesitant but after meeting Heidi we were super confident about her ability to love and care for our 2 pups! Our first impression proved to be true. She watched our dogs for 11 days while we were in Hawaii. She was accommodating in every way including storing and feeding our dogs the food we made them. She sent pictures of the girls daily and even took them to the dog park! When we got home our girls looked healthy and happy!
