Dog Boarding in Canyon Lake, CA

“This is the 1st time I have used Rover.com and I found a GEM in Carrie & Harley. I was a little anxious about leaving my Sophie with someone I didn't know. I had just recently rescued her & she's had a serious foot injury 3yrs ago & wanted to make sure she is in a safe & secure environment and well taken care of. I did a meet & greet with Carrie and she made me feel at ease & I felt good and had peace of mind leaving Sophie for 5 days with her & her family. She has 2 doodles whom Sophie met at the meet/greet & we can tell they would get along well. Carrie & Harley also has a nice, clean home & a big, fenced yard where the dogs can play during the day. Carrie sent me pictures daily & let me know Sophie is having fun & getting along well with her 2 doodles & another dog from her other (return) clients. She informed me of her schedule as to when she'd be away from the house with the dogs but her husband would be home ... that the dogs will not be home alone at any given time. I really appreciate that. Some people would probably not even say it thinking it would make their clients uncomfortable. Honesty & integrity are qualities Carrie & Harley have. These are very important to me as these are foundations for trust. On the day I was picking up Sophie, Carrie informed me that her husband would be the one to meet me at their home as she was taking her son to the movies. Again, I appreciate this. I appreciate Carrie's regular communication while Sophie was in her care and how she cared for her. I highly recommend this couple, Carrie & Harley to trust your pet(s) with. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I’m absolutely in love with all dogs and animals in general. My fur babies are spoiled and I will treat your fur babies as if they were mine. I’m a stay home mom and have plenty of time to enjoy your pets company. I love to go for runs/walks outside so taking your dogs out for walks will be part of my exercise routine. We have a fenced backyard and two Boston terriers your fur babies can play with. I can also keep them separate if you’d like. Our dogs are inside dogs and we don’t mind keeping your pet indoors as well if they are inside dogs. I frequently let our dogs out to use the potty throughout the day but occasionally let them sun bathe in the back for a little if they’d like to.

“Debbie was amazing. We found her with short notice because our regular sitter was no longer able to dogsit. Debbie was able to squeeze in a meet and greet, and then accomodate us. Our Lulu had a vacation of her one with Debbie and her family. They treated our baby like their own, and spoiled her with walks and attention. We were constantly updated and reassured our girl was doing great in this new environment. Lulu is encouraging us to go on another trip soon so she can go spend more time with them. “Ems was fantastic and saved me from a last-minute emergency needing a sitter for my Abbey. Abbey is six months old and full of energy, so I was very nervous about finding a sitter. Ems did a meet and greet, and Abbey got to meet their sweet dog, Roxy. I got daily updates and was assured that Abbey was in good hands, and when it was time to go, Abbey wanted to stay. I recommend Ems; she has a special touch and even got Abbey to stop jumping on people, which I loved. I will be using her again so that Abbey can hang out with Roxy because she loved it.”

“I totally appreciated that Ray accommodated us last minute. Our dog, Cresta, after excitedly greeting us, went back and interacted positively with Ray. It appeared that she really liked him so guessing things went great. She looked well cared for. We did end up with the wrong leash… I know there were 4 dogs there because of the holiday weekend so understandable but might be wise to mark your dog’s stuff before and check carefully before you leave. That’s my plan now.”

“Karen took such great care of Charlie and Leo! You can tell immediately how much Karen loves animals when you first meet her. She is very interested in getting to know the dogs personalities and keeping them as much in their routine as possible. She sent many pictures and videos to keep me updated, which always makes me happy. I felt very comfortable leaving them with Karen and knew they were in good hands!”
