“My Bella has developed really bad separation anxiety since we work from home now. Erika handled it so well, took her for long walk and lots of snuggles. I felt comforted knowing she was in good hands.”
“Kyra is very professional and has tons of knowledge! She was super responsive and friendly. Our dog loved his stay and we will definitely be bringing him back for future stays! - Thank you!!”

“This is our second time having Destiny watch our dogs while out of town. It’s always a worry free experience when they are in her hands. She’s super responsive and it is very clear through her service she loves working with animals.”

“Steven and his partner were great with Parker (who can definitely be a handful at times) but they said he did awesome during his stay. Parker had so much fun with them and his two dogs Shasta and Jasper. They even took videos and photos for me to see how he was doing. Parker didn't want to leave he loved them and I'm sure he had so much fun while I was away. 10/10 recommend and will definitely use them again anytime I need a sitter for Parker in the future.”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Angelica and Bruce were lovely and looked after Sadie with exceptional care - not sure my dog wanted to come home! They have a well-thought care plan, sent updates, and easily adjusted to my schedule. Sadie’s new home away from home!”

“Candace is the best! She was so loving and patient with our little Maizie. I didn’t worry about our baby, even though it was her first time away from home. She had a blast at “summer camp” with new big-brother Wilbur. Maizie says she can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything, Candace!”

“Jennifer did amazing at supporting me and my Koda; not long after his surgery, she was able to watch him while I worked, which was a major relief to me. Jennifer did everything she could to meet his needs, such as monitoring his surgical site, watching for post-surgery behaviors, and administering medications. I never worry when my pup is with her because she always updates me with pictures, and I have full trust in her abilities to give Koda lots of love when I can’t.”

“Elizabeth is a real dog lover and expert in connecting w animals. Our dog was a hard case, but she took him on and ended up bonding w her by the time we came home. Thankful for pros like her.”

“This was our first time boarding Ginny with someone who wasn’t family or close friends, so I was definitely nervous. Dezarae was so great and sent daily updates with photos and videos without us having to ask, which meant a lot. Ginny can have some separation anxiety with me and my partner, but the consistent updates (and little details about how she was doing, especially with crate time) really helped ease my mind. Ginny clearly had the best time. She got comfortable with Dezarae’s dogs quickly and loved being part of their routine. We also booked pretty last minute and she was very flexible and accommodating. Ginny came home happily exhausted in the best way. We would absolutely book with her again.”

“Hailey and her family were wonderful with our dog, Porter. He does much better in a home environment and they treated him like part of the family. 😀 We will definitely be booking again!”

“Dylan was really easy to deal with and accommodating in addition to being great with our pups. (One is a puppy and can be a handful at times, lol). He even sent us videos and pictures while we were gone and didn't seem annoyed at all when we wanted to check in on our pups. We HIGHLY recommend Dylan!”

“I was very nervous about leaving Riley and Ruby with a stranger but Debbie made sure they were comfortable at her house before their six night stay. Debbie sent pictures and updates periodically during their stay. I will definitely contact Debbie if I ever need a sitter in the future!”
“Kimberly and Meadow went far above and beyond for our pups. They were so pampered and loved. They made them so comfortable and accommodated unexpected issues with the dogs so smoothly. We received pictures and videos all the time of our dogs living their very best vacation life. We are so happy to have found these lovely humans to watch our fur babies and will 100% book them again! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!”

About: Hi everyone, About me: My name is Yalonda. I live in Keizer. I am a teacher and a US Marine veteran. I have a 13 year old pet male rabbit and a 10 year old pav/pom female dog in my apartment/townhouse style. I don't have a gate/fence yard in the back but I do have a gated front patio to take out the dogs and go on walks. My experience: Grew up with cats and dogs. Knowledge also in rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, and some fish. But please show and explain in person how you do things at your home. Or if you have a written out list on steps that works as well especially if your pet comes to my home instead of me going to yours. Please message me if you are interested and we can go over what works best for the both of us and how I charge everything. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to take care of your amazing pets. <3 I have to be at work at 720am. Lunch anywhere between 11-1pm I sometimes come home to eat verse eat at work. Then when work is done at 2:24 I go to next job that starts at 3pm. Sometimes I swing home first. Work done at 5. First job: 720-245 Second job: 3-5 Monday - Friday I have a pet dog and rabbit. I have a shared back yard with neighbors and not fenced/gated but I do have a gated front patio to take out the dog. And we go on walks. Inside my home downstairs I have baby gates to prevent them from going up stairs. Big open space living room. Both pets live in the dinning room but come out when I am home.

About: I have had a love for dogs since I was a child. I was the kid who used to knock on doors in the neighborhood asking if I could play with their dogs as I couldn't have my own at the time. Since then I have become a life-long "dog-mom" with over 20 years of loving care given to my own dogs (and cats and horses and goats). I have worked in a veterinary hospital where I learned a lot about caring for the canines and during that time I also had my own business as a Puppy Kindergarten instructor. I have managed an animal shelter, working closely with rescue organizations and all of the dogs I have had were either strays or rescues. One of the strays that came into my life was Dekes and we got involved with "Dock Dogs" with his best jump being 24' 4". Unfortunately I also had to nurse all my dogs through their old age, cancer and various other ailments and find myself currently without a dog to spoil. I would love to take care of yours as I miss having those cold noses and fur balls in my life. Please know that my schedule with my job is such that I work both from home and in the office throughout the week. I am blessed to have a fairly flexible work schedule but would not be able to be in your home with your dog during work hours. Though I do have a full time job, I am fortunate to have a fairly flexible schedule. And on the weekends its just me as I dont have children. I would be extremely safe with your pet and make sure that at all times they are supervised when with me. I have a fenced yard myself and may be able to have them with me during the days I work from home.
Keizer pet parents share their Rover experiences
My boys (older doodle and younger dachshund mix) were excited to meet Larissa and I was grateful to see that they settled in quickly. They stayed for 2 days and now I know I have somewhere that they will be safe and taken care of when I’ve got to be away. I received updates that included both pictures and actual descriptions of how things were going with them. If you are looking for a safe, loving, family experience for your fur baby, Larissa is my number one recommendation!

My wife and I were very blessed to find Arturo. Arturo and his family provided a very safe and loving environment for our fur baby (Piper-Jazz). From the moment they greated us we (including Piper-Jazz) felt entirely at peace. Knowing our fur baby was in safe and loving hands during our 10 day trip helped my wife and I to relax and enjoy our time together—what a great gift. We highly recommend Arturo and we rate him and his home a 10 out of 10. I think Piper-Jazz actually misses Arturo and his family. 😊 💯

I felt that Vinny had been treated well and was comfortable with Olivia because he did not show signs of anxiety when I picked him up or in the following days. The one thing that I would have liked was a little more unprompted communication even just once a day, such as; "had a good walk", "seems comfortable with me and the house", "he rested well", etc.
We used Gayle for our first time boarding and our dog unexpectedly experienced a high degree of separation anxiety. Gayle provided comfort to our dog and strove to alleviate her fears, as well as worked with our vet to assist with the challenge. Gayle kept us well informed with updates and pictures. She was kind and personable. We felt confident that our dog was remaining safe and receiving competent care while we were away.

This was my first time having non-family watch our senior pup, Fawkes, who has separation anxiety and a fluctuating appetite, so I didn't know what to expect. However, I had nothing to worry about. Diana was AMAZING! She sent us multiple daily updates of Fawkes, which we appreciated greatly, while also making sure she was comfortable and eating. And Fawkes had the time of her life, even having a case of the zoomies! I cannot recommend Diana enough.

My beagle stayed with Madlin for 4 days, had an issue with another arrangement while I was out of town and Madlin was able to handle everything (picked up my dog and helped both my beagle's stress and my own with great communication). She was a life saver for me and my dog loved her, would recommend her to anyone in the Salem area.

Jennifer takes such good care of my dog Dixie every time she stays with her. Dixie is always happy and happy when I pick her up. Jennifer also keeps me informed with quick notes and picture during the boarding. I feel very lucky to have Jennifer as my go to dog sitter!!

Kaci is amazing & truly one of a kind! We trust her with our two babies and no one else. She genuinely treats our dogs as her own, and you can tell how much she truly cares about them. They always have the best time—whether it’s cuddling up with her or playing in her backyard. She’s reliable, attentive, and gives us complete peace of mind whenever we’re away. 😊

McKenzie was great! She was kind enough to Board Bo after another had to change her offer. Bo had a great time with their children and pets. He came home happily exhausted from playing with their kids and dogs! 🥰! I highly recommend McKenzie for your boarding needs. 🐶🐈⬛💕

Pakuna took great care of our dog! Our dog was happy and healthy when we picked her up after boarding. She got lots of walks and lots of attention. Our dog has tons of health issues and restrictions, but Pakuna handled everything perfectly. She is thorough and pays attention to dog behavior very well. She will be our first choice for boarding from now on 😊

Thank you Nicole for watching Copper! We sure appreciated all your great communication, your friendliness and especially you and your family treating him like family. We never once worried or feared he wouldn’t get along. He was happy and well-cared for. We definitely will be calling you again in the future.
