About: If you’re looking for a safe, loving place for your dog while you’re away, I’d love to help! I grew up surrounded by animals on a Japanese maple farm with over 20 horses and lots of dogs, both indoor and working dogs, caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and training backgrounds. I am a student and only have one in-person class this term, giving me lots of availability for quality time with your pup! I live in a cute, quiet neighborhood near a park and walking trail, and I usually go for walks in the mornings and a couple miles before dinner when my partner comes home from work (weather permitting). I’d happily bring your dog along for those little adventures so they get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and stimulation. I believe mental and physical exercise is very important for all breeds! After walks and a lot of playing, I make sure to keep track of any supplements and food schedules needed (usually by setting reminders and alarms on my phone) I also know how important peace of mind is while you’re away, so I like to send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pup is doing. “This was our first time boarding Ginny with someone who wasn’t family or close friends, so I was definitely nervous. Dezarae was so great and sent daily updates with photos and videos without us having to ask, which meant a lot. Ginny can have some separation anxiety with me and my partner, but the consistent updates (and little details about how she was doing, especially with crate time) really helped ease my mind. Ginny clearly had the best time. She got comfortable with Dezarae’s dogs quickly and loved being part of their routine. We also booked pretty last minute and she was very flexible and accommodating. Ginny came home happily exhausted in the best way. We would absolutely book with her again.”

I have one child in elementary school and a younger child at home with me, so our days are structured but flexible. I understand the level of trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. Of course, I’ll always follow your instructions and your pet’s needs—whether that’s high-energy fun or a cozy, low-key day at home. About: Cats and Dogs have filled my house ever since I could remember. I have helped care for neighbors and family members animals over the years and helped maintained their safety and health. Taking them for walks, giving them snuggles and a bath when needed. I have been around dogs of all breeds and am very comfortable with them all. Needless to say, almost every animal I’ve been around has adored me just as much as I adore them. Your pets are promised safe hands when cared by me. I just graduated college and am working to start a business so am looking for side gigs to do that will allow me to continue to work simultaneously. I love pets and will be home for the next year so have an open book for watching pets. In my clients home I would be very mindful of the pets environment and take them for walks along with feeding and snuggling afterwards or beforehand. Respecting my clients property and accomplishing my job safely and responsibly.

About: I have fostered over fifty dogs and cats for the SPCA of Northern Nevada, and fostered my cat Chandler as a kitten before adopting him. I have an open schedule with a lot of daily availability and my own vehicle, and can assist with pet care on weekends and weekdays. I live with my partner who has a year of experience working at a dog day care with a variety of pups, and has volunteered with me as a cat socializer as well.
