She sent lots of photo updates, was great at staying in touch and communicating despite my failure to respond at times, as she understood we were incredibly busy! She was also very flexible and helpful on the Sunday of pickup! The dogs clearly had a great time, were well cared for, and very tired when we picked them up which was ideal, as we were similarly exhausted.
