I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your animal. My schedule is all over so I will look at each request for my services carefully and only accept when best for my family and yours. My routine and life is kept simple with having a 2year old daughter and she has a love for animals like her mamma which is what prompted me to start back up in working with dogs.

I have a fenced yard, no pets of my own however am able to house dogs. I essentially do what the owner requests, the care depends on each individual family. Everyone trains there dog differently, in regards to furniture, treats and walking. Some owners are more strict and I stick to what the family wants with caring for there pet.

No amount of information is too much, let me know if they have quirky behaviors. If your dog is hyper aware of things like cats, squirrels, skateboards excetera that is perfect for me to know so I don’t get a surprise. However I am always cautious with dogs, even dogs I know I make sure to have them heel on walks and I ensure that I am aware of surroundings so that I can spot potential triggers before they do. Please let me know what they can’t eat, if you restrict treats, if you want them not on furniture. And of course with my daughter how they are with kids as she will be with me caring for your pet so knowing how they do with children is helpful.

Lots of walks if the dog enjoys walks, plenty of play time and snuggles and pets. If the dog loves car rides we will go on a scenic drive, if the family likes dog parks I am comfortable doing that.

I have a passion for animals, when they are put in my care while your away or at work, they come first! I grew up with dogs and have a passion for them, I have officially worked with dogs as a profession for 6 years now. I allow dogs on my bed and couches however I continue whatever training you do for your dog while they are with me. You can count on the fact that I will not go against what you allow your dog to do and not do when there with me. I continue the care and training you do at home, consistency is so important. I do have a 2year old daughter, she is very good with animals, she does not treat them poorly & she is surprisingly gentle with my extended families dogs. I love spoiling dogs and taking them for drives (unless the dog is like my familys dog and disliles car rides).

Maggie was absolutely amazing! Highly communicative, sent photos, and took such great care of both of our pups. Each has their quirks, but Maggie was wonderful and intuitive while taking care of them, I know they felt at home while with Maggie and her family. It’s always hard leaving out pups behind when traveling, but they were in such great hands and care!
Katahdin was very happy with Maggie and their family. They took great care of him and handled him well.
Probably the best experience we’ve had with a Rover. She was very patient with our puppy and was willing to continue working on consistency with him. From him, it was clear he was happy there and cared for.
Maggie took great care of our 2 year old & 13 year old Australian shepherds 🐶🐶 She was responsive to my inquiry & meeting in person. Our dogs had a great first overnight stay out of their own home with Maggie. Our younger dog is finicky to get to eat & she was successful 🎉 I used Maggie’s pickup & dropoff service, she was punctual & great with communication. Highly recommend Maggie, your pets will be welcomed & well loved. Thank you, Maggie!
