About: I’ve worked with dogs and cats for about 9 years now and feel comfortable around most breeds and temperaments. About: Ive had dogs my entire life. Ive taken care of dogs of all ages, size, and temperaments. I currently have an elderly blind chihuahua, and a corgi mix who is reactive. I recently left my job of 4 years due to lack of proper management. Im taking classes through Chemeketa but my schedule is very flexible. It’s important that all animals feel safe and respected around me. I’m not easily startled by reactive animals, all it takes is a little time to grow comfort.
About: Lucky enough to grow up on a farm, my family constantly was fostering pups from birth, senior dogs and raising our own! Responsibility was an extremely important value to learn growing up, since I was young Iv personally learned bottle feeding, administering oral medication and training for not only dogs but farm animals too! Between my two parents households and my own adulthood I have experienced raising pits, Staffordshire bull terriers, a German shepherd, a Great Pyrenees a Weimaraner and a springer spaniel plus temporarily fostering more breeds! Although iv had responsibility for many animals at once my love and gentle care was NEVER a second priority, I love my animals like children and I know how important they are to you too! Mon-wed I clean houses for 4-8 hours a day. There is always time in between houses perfect for a quick walk or check in. Fri -sun I’m a waitress and both jobs I’m always off and in newberg before 5 pm, perfect for over nights or evening play dates. As an early bird I’m always available before 8 am Mon-wed. Occasionally I have a weekday or a Saturday off where I can dedicate my whole day.
