“Sam was a delight to meet and have watch our cats! We are crazy cat people and Sam was happy to care for our fur babies just the way we asked. She provided excellent updates and photos while we were gone, and was able to bond with even our shy kitty. We would be delighted to have her watch our cats again in the future. She also kindly took on a few responsibilities for our tortoise, which we so appreciated. Thank you, Sam!”

“Michelle was wonderful! She communicated early and often, followed our directions, loved on our animals in a way that made us feel secure and comfortable having her care for them.”

“Maleny is incredible! She watched my 7 year old cat over the holidays and every day she sent detailed reports and took over 10 photos every visit! Above and beyond! We are so grateful for her watching our usually anxious boy but even our boy fell in love with her. She sat with him every day and met him where he was which made all the difference for our cat. Her photos show he was happy to see her and approached her so I know she is incredibly kind and gentle or else he wouldn’t have bothered coming up to her for pets. As long as Maleny is available, she is always welcome to look after our cat- we will always seek her first for anymore travels we have!”

“Erica is wonderful. We've had her take care of our 3 senior cats several times now and trust her completely. She is respectful, loving and we always come home to a clean house. I highly recommend Erica! But... book ahead because she is in high demand and therefore not always available.”

“Katie was amazing! Katie showed up on time, was very respectful of my home and showed great understanding of just what my older senior cat needed. Katie sent me pictures at every check-in and made sure my baby was eating while I was gone ( which was my biggest concern with going away!). Thank you Katie! Will definitely be using Katie’s services again and would highly recommend.”

“Ashly did a great job keeping me updated on how the cats were doing. Checking in on them regularly, she even cleaned up after their messes, which I greatly appreciated upon getting home.”

About: I've had animals all my life but now I am an empty nester and would love to help take care of yours. I have raised Rottweilers, trained and shown horses, had chickens and cared for cats. I also used to be a veterinary receptionist/assistant and so have a lot of on-the-job medical training. Attention to detail is key. I am semi-retired so I have a very flexible schedule and can work with yours. I do go to the gym every morning and walk once a day so I am able to stand up to the physical demands of any size animal. I currently do not have any animals at home. I live in a one story house and have a small fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, starting with pets when I was just 2 years old! Currently, I care for my dog, cat, hamster, and chickens, and I’ve even hand-reared three wild bunnies. I’m comfortable administering medications, and have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, anxious pets, and those with mild aggression (though I prefer gentle, friendly dogs). I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to making every pet feel safe, loved, and understood. Whether it’s a playful walk or calm companionship, I treat your pet like part of my own pack. Pet care fits seamlessly into my weekly routine. I’m available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and after 3 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This flexible schedule allows me to provide regular walks, playtime, and companionship to dogs and cats alike. I’m active and enjoy taking dogs on walks or jogs, rain or shine, and I make sure pets get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I care for pets in their own homes, respecting their familiar environment and routines to keep them comfortable and happy. I follow all instructions carefully—from feeding and medications to playtime and rest—and make sure doors, gates, and windows stay secure at all times. I keep a close eye on their behavior and needs, providing gentle, attentive care to reduce stress while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family and communicate promptly with owners to keep them updated. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities!
About: I don’t live in Aurora, but I split my time between Portland and Salem. If you live in the Portland area or Salem area or anywhere in between, I am happy to help you with your pet sitting needs. I grew up with cats, dogs, and chickens. My earliest pet care was at the age of 10 taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats while they were gone. In my adult life, I've had one cat and 4 dogs. My current dog is a Standard Poodle named Percy. He's a huge love! I know your pets are your heart, too. I strive to give your pets my best love and care while you're gone, just like I would want someone to give Percy! I currently work from home, so I can pop in or stay over easily. I would hope that your pet is able to walk with Percy, because he would hate to be left out of the fun. Each pet is unique and will be respected. Grouchy kitty under the bed?? I’ll say hello extra sweet and then leave them be. Tigger-like active puppy? Let’s throw some balls in the yard! The pet that thinks my lap is there’s?? Good snuggles and lots of sweet talk, for sure! Let’s chat and see what your pet needs.
About: I've taken care of friends pets my whole life, including month old foster kittens, elder cats, ducks, and even horses! I can't help but love animals! Career hunting as a post-grad, my routine is completely flexible! I have little to no obligations now, and so my focus can be totally on your pets! I have a fenced yard for dogs, and live across the street from a lovely park for walks! I can also adapt to your home easily, and your animals will be convinced you were never gone!
“Brenna took excellent care of our two cats. This was the first time we used Rover and someone we did not know to care for them. We had our meet and greet the day before we left and my worries were put at ease after meeting her. She knows how to be around animals. She didn’t try to push herself onto them. We got updates on every visit with pictures and our cats really liked Brenna. If we ever need someone to care for our cats again, we will definitely see if Brenna is available.”

“Brianna stepped in last minute when a sitter I hired and paid didn't respond to my messages. Brianna came for a meeting and we walked through our instructions. It was helpful that she has a cat so she understand the challenges. She took good care of our boys and was even willing to do an extra task. Good communication and we received daily updates.”
About: With a lifetime of personal experience and close to 14 years of watching friends, family, and neighbors' pets, this care comes easily to me. Most recently, my care has been for cats and dogs, which only feels natural as I have always had both around while growing up. However, I’m open to caring for animals of all sizes! I offer the patience, experience, and professionalism to ensure a safe and stress-free experience, both for yourself and your pets. Please reach out with any questions or concerns, and I'll be happy to schedule care for your pet/animal(s). I'm currently working and taking classes, so I am looking for a little flexibility. But any that I have, I would love to work around to ensure your pet has care. Let's connect to see what needs you have! Having a safe and stress-free experience for both the animal and owner is my top priority. Having my own experience with leaving my cats with others, I am often assured by quick daily check-ins with photos and love offering that to clients as well. I understand that I am a stranger in their space, so any other ways to help make it an easy transition are considered.
